L.L.Bean

I used to discount L.L. Bean as a snobbish version of other outdoor gear stores. But lately I've realized that they put quality and service first. We found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and personable. Oh, and their jeans actually fit me, which is a trick! I'm not a small guy, so finding a pair of jeans that fits and looks good is reason enough to give a 5 star review. We'll definitely be back more often.

Great service, a variety in women's clothing are available..minus - women's tall jeans (which are not available to purchase in their LLBean store).... Not all women are short !!! Staff was very helpful in finding which pants I needed to order online in long/tall . My tall jeans arrived fast. Due to sizing issue I need to return jeans.Over all...I would return as LL Bean makes a quality product and good return policy.

Have purchased many things from LL Bean but first time buying shoes. Went into buy work boots and was given the good ole "back in the day shoe service" not experienced in a very long time. I walked out with a great pair of boots I could wear to work and when I go camping. Love shopping at the Bean!

Tyre and Scott were absolutely amazing at helping my boyfriend find the perfect pair of sandals. Scott was very pleasant and shared so much useful knowledge about the shoes. Tyre was very patient and found the exact shoe we needed . These guys need a raise and a paid day off!!!!!!

This store was fully stocked. The clerk I walked up to to ask for help took me right to the item I was looking for and made sure I got the right size and color. Check out was quick and easy.

I bought a Sunday Afternoon L/XL Adventure Sun Hat for my daughter. It is perfect for her head size, curly hair and the neck "cape" works with her chair headrest. Thank you!

Store employees are helpful and friendly. Selection is somewhat limited, and on-line shopping will likely get you the sizes you desire. The store is wonderful for returns and sale items (if they are in stock for your size). Store is clean and well lit. There is handicapped accessible parking right out front. The store is easy to get to right off Higgins Rd. Store is located on first floor. Parking is ample, and the parking lot is well maintained. Other stores in the Arboretum are also close by. At the time I was there (November) they had a 10%-off event, and then gave out $10 gift certificates for future purchases that occurred before Christmas.

We have been shopping here for years because of L.L. Bean's great quality. But I wanted to specially mention our experience here on Wednesday evening. We got to the store with about 15 minutes to shop before closing at 7. Peggy was especially helpful in helping me find things. She stayed past closing and never made me feel rushed. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
