Max is always nice snd welcoming when I come in before work, hope they get a raise. it's just a nice change of pace from Walmart workers, I know they have it rough there, but don't project it onto the people shopping. Especially if the person shopping is being polite themselves.

The staff are great and the store and pumps area are always clean and well lighted

Average gas prices, sometimes the pump just won't accept your card. Cooked food inside is okay, maybe below average. Coffee and hot drink selection a little below standard, but the prices on hot and cold fountain drinks are good. Liquor selection is small. Has movies, snacks, small microwavable meals, burgers, sandwiches, good for a lunch break, if you work close by (however, there is a shopping centre right across the highway you would most likely go to, instead).

I'm so mad writing this it is very hard to stay professional. I live near this circle k and alot of nights I will walk there to get a soda and bite to eat. Every since covid I walk there just to find a sign on the door saying they are closed or b right back or whatever. The store is posted open 24 hours a day only but the workers at this point are just making up there own schedule. You have no idea how annoying it is to walk to a gas station to find out the walk was pointless and walk back. Then today after a few years of dealing with this I call to ask why they can't seem to keep the doors open and why I had to walk a extra mile to get to 711 the employee says she don't care what it says online and they do what they want and hangs up on me. Advice to you circle k employees that's not how business works stop making up excuses to not do your jobs because your lazy and get to work and if your not going to be open 24/7 pick open hours and stick to them so people know your closes not just make the hours up based off how you feel that day. And no I'm not one of the customers that just want to complain but you all had this coming forsake do better.

They lie on their gas price sign. Said cash 3.59 per gallon. Paid cash then charged me $3.63 a gallon. If I could give a zero I would. This location cheats and lies! Don’t go here !

We have lived in Arnold for a little over 5 years and have had quite a few bad experiences at this location whether it be poor customer service, out of order pumps or out of order drink machines but today was exceptionally bad. My husband has a diesel truck and has to put a liquid in his tank prior to pumping so we pulled up to the diesel spot #8, he put the liquid in and proceeded to try to pump fuel. Nothing came out so he tried a few more times, so I went into the store to ask if they were possibly of fuel or what the problem may be and the associate went to the back to speak to her manager and came back to say" my manager forgot to put an out of order sleeve on that pump." So now his truck is low on fuel but has that fluid in there- could potentially lead to a problem with the truck. There is just not a care from any employee with any situation. If you are considering this location for anything I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Just stopped by there for a beer and was told he couldn’t sell to me because it was “1:30” my phone showed 1:26 but they refused to sell me judging time by their wall clocks.. crappy service given by people who shouldn’t be left alone, this is the worst establishment I’ve stepped foot in between cleanliness and customer service. Would give zero stars if possible

Guy working on 5/23 wad a jerk. Couldnt reset pump so had to move car. Then he tried to overcharge for firewood. Even when i brought in the sign that showed 2 bundles were 599 each. He wouldnt do anything about it and said i would have to call circle K. He was in no hurry to help anyone. Save yourself frustration and go everywhere.

The diesel on the billboard say 4.88 and when we go to fill up it’s said 4.98 they trying to scam other people for paying more than the billboard

We stop every morning on our way to work usually around 640 to 7am and they are NEVER open! Sign on door says opens at 5am!

Alissa was the supposed manager who is rude and very upsetting to customers.....I will do all that is needed to make sure she is fired
