Very helpful, especially for someone who isn't a plumber

Good selection of high quality products, but they're under-staffed and always too busy to have walk-ins. Either they need to list "by appointment only" which is limiting and a sad business model, or they need to hire more staff to accommodate their clientele. I've walked in 3 different times, 3 different days, waited for nearly an hour, each time, before walking out to take my business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Couldn't even bother saying hello. Left after 20 minutes of being ignored.
