I had a real problem with my AT&T cellular data plan for my iPad. I've had the plan for years, but when I tried to renew it online, I got into a digital mess! So I went to the AT&T store--DUH. When I walked in, I was expecting a long explanation about the difficult process there would be to work out that mess. Gavin, the store manager, was so friendly and calm! In a few minutes, he cleared up the mess and created a new data account. I wish I had gone to see Gavin before I got into all that craziness online. Thanks, Gavin!

A lady name Rachel was one of the best employees I've ever worked with. Her attention to detail and willingness to listen was outstanding. Had great selection and excellent customer service. I recommend.

Danielle was very helpful to me and my wife today so not pay attention to any negativity about her she was amazing and fast. Definitely our go to sales person when we need something done

I should start off saying that we first went into this store when we moved to the area because we needed to switch from Verizon because our service was lacking. But after the “service” we received from the employee, it turned us off not only to this store but also AT&T. After a year of dealing with terrible cell service, we finally made the switch but had to drive an hour away to find a different store because we were not going back.
My husband and I decided to go into the store earlier this month just to ask a quick question because the website was giving us conflicting information and we figured we could just go back to our normal store when we had a chance to make the trip.
Then we met Danielle. I never leave reviews on here, but she ABSOLUTELY deserves one. Not only was she knowledgeable, and beyond helpful, she made a lifelong customer out of us. We have been back multiple times already this month, and she has helped us pretty much upgrade every part of our service including new devices. There is a reason we now text her to see if she’s working before we head in she’s simply amazing.

Taylor has excellent customer service. She was very nice and helpful. She fixed my phone with no problems.
