They always are nice and helpful. I love they always have in stock what I'm looking for. A nice little shop. And they don't follow you around the store like your a criminal like some other places. Over all, I like the people here they treat you like a friend

Lovvvvve this location! It's always friendly service, and if you order online, it's a quick pick-up! Anytime they have their $1 antibac sales, I just order online and do a quick pickup! Their candle sales NEVER run out either!

I have been a customer at this location for YEARS!!! Although there is another BBW within a few minutes of my house, I make the 20-minute drive, out of my way, to this location for multiple reasons. It is by far the best BBW in the area! The renovated store and White Barn concept is beautiful, well-stocked, and super organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Manager Michele always goes out of her way to make sure customers are well taken care of and are happy with their purchases!

Great location. Nice employees. Big selection. Working sinks to test the different soap scents. Always keep a look out for coupons and special deals.

I went in to redeem my free body care item for February and the staff were all so helpful and kind. The store is tightly packed but always clean and neat

Brooke is amazing. I called about a candle holder and they were out of stock but told me she would write my name and number down and give me a call if they happened to get it in. She did exactly that a few days later and even held it for me until I was able to come in and grab it. She was super nice (along with everybody else working the store) and she was extremely helpful. She even sold me on a pineapple car vent clip because it was very clear I love everything pineapple. I will be back for that pineapple wall plug Brooke!! A little girls DREAM. All the smells, sprays, and glitter. Not to mention, pick what foam soap they will try to wash there hands with. Very clean. The staff very extremely helpful and made my daughters feel like princesses. Letting them have perfume spray cards galore, glitter lotion on their skin. Like I said they were in heaven. Real nice treat being locked up in quarantine. The store keep it to a 5 person or less max. It made it more intimate. We left with bags full. My girls will be happy with some sneaky santa shopping the employees helped me do. Thank you

Always happy to shop here! Found an item I was looking for MONTHS ago & thought I'd not be able to buy as they were all sold out & I was understanding the item wouldn't be restocked. SO HAPPY to find the light up kitty corn pocket sanitizer holder! Made a GREAT gift for a birthday!

Clean, organized, staff is helpful and so friendly. One of the managers is my favorite person there- she's always smiling and willing to help you out with coupons, deals, and new products.
