Staff is very knowledgeable with all package types. I frequent this store as the main location for shipping my business products and the staff has always been quick to help. There is rarely a long line. The shipping supply selection is bare, but what they do have they keep well stocked.
I was going to put 4 stars based on the lack of shipping supplies, but it's a small store so I can understand they don't want to make it crowded.

I came into this location for the first time. I was greeted immediately two gentleman Christopher and Kenny took the time to help because I was not familiar with shipping , I always use Amazon. This case was different starting a new business for myself and I will be shipping here from now on . I would recommend this location. 5 stars for sure. Great job!

well maintained store and highly professional services. my experience is very high class every time I visit the store. i even saw staff went out of way to support drop off customers when their phones have problems ( by providing with charging cables). highly recommend the store

The store manager was very helpful in getting a label printed from Amazon.
It does cost $2.65 to print an Amazon label so be prepared to pay up if you didn't print a return label at home.
This store has all of your normal shipping needs as well as mailbox rentals.

Excellent service! Clean place.. They even put new packaging tape on my package since mine wasn't packed correctly. Dropping off packed has always been easy, they provide receipt with tracking number.

I love coming here for amazon returns. the staff is so fast and nice. I’m never inside more than a minute, even at it’s busiest. 10/10

Went in the guy was very nice and handled everything in a timely manner only thing is it was Hot as hell in there like very muggy I felt sorry for him he had the back door open to get a lil fresh air ! Now why not have the air on for your employees so sad!

Great customer service, they also have notary which is awesome. They try to speed up the process for just drop offs when they have big lines i loved that. Kudos for amazon returns very fast and smooth process.

Staff in the store are very friendly. They go above and beyond to help the customer . They even come out and help bring package inside. Their print prices are competitive and have high quality. I highly recommend using services here.
