AT&T Store

Allow me to share an extraordinary experience I had at this store. If efficiency and top-notch service are what you seek, look no further. From the moment I stepped in, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service and the unparalleled skills of the employees.

I couldn't help but marvel at the dedication and professionalism of the two ladies working there tonight, March 1st. Their commitment to ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for customers like me was truly commendable.

In fact, if I were their manager, I would be compelled to reward them with a well-deserved raise. Their exemplary performance sets a standard that all employees should aspire to.

In conclusion, if you value your time and expect nothing but the best, this is the store for you. I am more than willing to invest all my future purchases here, knowing that I'll be in the capable hands of the best employees ever. Hats off to you, ladies, for your outstanding service!

Had been trying for weeks to get my phone unlocked without success and A LOT of wasted time and run around until Roxanne went above and beyond to help figure out and resolve the issue. She listened and treated me with kindness and respect in spite my transferring services to another provider. If all AT&T services operated at that same standard, I would not be changing providers —Thanks to Roxanne, I have renewed faith in AT&T and may even consider the services again in the future.

I’ve been to this location several times and always receive AMAZING costumer service. The sales associate Crissy was kind and helped me out over the weekend when I lost my phone and needed a replacement for an upcoming trip. I got there 30min before opening on Saturday hoping to get the same phone replaced on the same day before traveling but wasn’t posible. She went out of her way to help me out and gave me a $30 phone to use while waiting for my iPhone replacement to arrive, this lady is amazing and goes above and beyond for her costumers. Also the Sale associate Roxanne is the sales person that has always helped me out in the past, she is very knowledgeable and sold me every single device I own! She is extremely kind and sweet and treats me absolutely amazing every time I come in. thank you!!

On 10/19 Jay attempted to assist me with my glitching Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ without initial success. Later that evening call and text function was restored. I returned on 10/29 to the store and Jay assisted me again. We discussed the the differences between my current phone and the Samsung S22 Ultra. Jay was PROFOUNDLY HELPFUL in answering all my questions and demonstrated EXCELLENT product knowledge. I left the store a happy and extremely satisfied customer. She is a dynamic asset to your sales team!

We tried 3 other times to set up my new phone & nobody was able to help us. We went into the store in Shortpump & were greeted as soon as we opened the door by Cristy Porter. She had THE most upbeat & bubbly personality, which you hardly ever see anymore in retail. She was able to set up my new phone and got all of MY pics, videos & voicemails that mean the world to me, transferred over. More stores should have employees that take as much pride in their jobs, as much as Ms. Porter does. I can’t thank her ENOUGH for getting it done for me!!!

My experience at the Short Pump store in Virginia was awesome. Jay was extremely helpful in helping me resolve issues with all 3 iPhones our family recently obtained. Jay was extremely knowledgeable & professional. She is a great asset to AT&T

The young lady that helped me was great. She was very patient and helpful. I was pleased with my service and purchase.

We came in and were helped immediately by Jay. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about everything we asked. She was quick to make sure we were saving where we could on monthly bills and didn’t try and oversell us on anything. She upgraded both of our phones and helped us choose the best accessories, including placing the screen protectors on our new phones effortlessly. Couldn’t have had a smoother experience and hadn’t at any other AT&T store in the past. Jay is seriously the best and this experience made me want to only come to this location in the future. Give this woman a raise she is the coolest !!!

I just wanted to reach out and say I got me and my husband a new phone and we came from tmobile and crissy took her time helping us and made sure we were happy if you need a new phone or anything she is the one to go to and she got everything taken care of for us. I recommended this store completely for all of your needs.

Zee did an excellent job. He anticipated everything in relation to upgrading from our damaged iPhone 11 to a new iPhone 14. He even pointed out we had insurance to fix the damaged screen, helped us with filing the claim online, and even walked us over to IBreakUFix to get the screen replaced. Wonderful customer service.

I have always had an excellent customer service experience over the 15 years that I have been with AT&T. Our customer service representative in Henrico on West Broad Street was EXTREMELY helpful and patient helping us open a new account and add two additional lines. He also helped us cancel my husband's plan with T-Mobile which was frustratingly difficult. He was professional & knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of during our visit. We were so grateful to have someone who understood our needs and went above and beyond to make sure they were met. Give this guy a raise because he surely deserves it!

Hello I would like to take this time out to say to miss Hannah. What An extraordinary job you did with helping me solve the issues I was having with my business account today. You are the greatest of all time when it comes to customer service and you are well deserving of any compliments that someone has to give you because you are just awesome and thanks to the Great and awesome AT&T specialist Tyrone for always being present professional. This store branch really exceeded my expectations today with all the support I got from Cristy! She was super helpful and very patient with us when we got our phones. The explanations of everything to suggestions, I’m very pleased with the service and can tell you, other store managers I have met were the complete opposite of her.

I had reason to change my plan from a business account to a personal account. Bryan (last name Davis?) was so helpful in the process. He is knowledgeable and seem to know all the ins and outs about AT&T and about the device I have. Big shoutout to Bryan for being a great AT&T face to the public.

I should’ve asked for her name— I believe it was Jay, but she was a great help in finally get my sim to work and managing my account online. It only took about 15 minutes vs nearly 3 months I’ve spent back & forth with another location who just kept sending me to customer service.

I found Bryan to be extremely helpful and informative. His insights were truly valuable and greatly appreciated.

The representative that services me was so patient knowledgeable and professional. He add me feel like I was the only focus he had and that my questions and concerns were of utmost importance. He took the time to explain and kept me informed of every step of the process. Hats off to him! I originally had my concerns about changing from my Android to an iPhone and heart set on one thing , however he presented all my options and helped me make the BEST decision
