Dillard's

I don’t like to shop. But recently I had to shop for 2 different dressy events. I had a great experience in the women’s dress department with the sales woman who’s name I can’t remember. A few days later, I brought my husband to the men’s department to purchase a new suit. Emmanuel was great. Then a week later I went for a long overdue bra fitting. Destiny was helpful and patient. I then went to the accessories department and purchased hosiery and a scarf. Frankly, Dilliard’s really impressed me with their service in each department. They are clearly doing something right. I will be bypassing online shopping and heading to Short Pump from now on!

Slight correction: I tried to correct her name before. I think it was Desiree not Destiny. I hope she’s still there! She was amazing. And my back has stopped hurting now that I am wearing the correct size and type of bra for me. ☺ I plan to go back.

I walked into the store and found that they had a sale on. The surprise was that they were really having a sale and had not marked the stuff up first and so I found a nice winter coat I needed there for a really good price.

I have always loved shopping at Dillards. One of my favorite stores at Short Pump or Newport News Mall

So this is my 2nd time at a Dillards. I only found out about this department store from visiting a friend in Florida a few years back but I love their selection. My first visit was for shoe shopping this visit with my sister was not planned for Jewelry but they had a good sale.

I had the best experience with Tomica at Dillard’s. She was amazing with great customer service! If you’re planing on shopping and need a stylist or just help while shopping Tomica is your girl. Will be coming back just because her.

love this store. lots of selection. mostly for womens and girls clothes but they have mens and boys too. aong with other stuff for the home and travel. prices are a little higher but not too far off. good service and no lines to wait in.

This was a nice shipping experience. The store is well staffed with very friendly salespeople. Zero pressure and very nice atmosphere. I will definitely return here when I'm in town again.

Minoo at the Chanel counter is truly a skin specialist. She offers each client a personalized service and knows exactly what their skin needs. I consider her an expert in her field. Chanel should have her training ALL personnel to ensure they get the full Chanel experience. She follows up with to make sure you are good on product and to let you know when they’ve received new colors! Thank you for making me feel like a valued client, Minoo. I've always enjoyed my visits to Dillard. Especially the lingerie area. I o lying purchase my bras from them and I can keep them forever. The service is always nice and welcoming. Always very helpful and great selections. Reasonable deals for all sizes. Looking forward to more discounts to come as things reset to normal.

Found a lovely formal jumpsuit for my daughter.

My brother is getting married soon and had to get a shirt, socks, shoes, and belt. As a middle aged married working man I don't go to the mall often. I went to Dillard's at short pump and Richard Graham helped me out. He was professional, knowledgeable, and gave me great guidance on what to buy. He made my shopping experience much better than I anticipated. Now I know where to go next time I need nice clothing. He earned my business. Thanks Richard!

Great customer service and great selection. Prices are good. Place is nice and clean.

I truly like going to this store. I only shop in the Polo, Daniel Cremieux, Men's Shoes, and in Men's Cologne. But, every time that I do (which is quite ofren) I receive excellent customer service and I'm greeted with a smile. Everyone in the store is friendly, very helpful and respectful. They really make you feel like you're their main focus. Go shopping at this location. You will not be disappointed.

We especially drove from the DC area to shop for 2XL tunics. ( The Macys stores are useless🤩) on the (as far as memory serves) 11th of Jan this year.

Olga not only helped me look for tunics but suggested me what pants would go with them.

She made several trips back and forth to my trial room and helped me.

She is GOOD!! A real keeper!!
