I love the guys that work here. They are amazing. I got a gorgeous new phone for a great deal and they put up with my 3 rambunctious young kiddos that had to tag along. Switched over to Metro coming from Verizon, AJ was absolutely incredible at helping me out. He really knows his phones! Every phone I inquired about he had details galore and gave me honesty recommendations. Also stayed past the time they were closing and he made me feel super comfortable and didn’t rush me out the door one bit. I felt very appreciated walking through that door. If you’re looking to switch your phone carrier, this is the place you need to be. Go check out the awesome deals!

This Metro store is the greatest. I was having issues at PCS Store down by the skyway. Came to this one and WOW!!! Complete 180 very, very friendly staff, very willing to help with any issues. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Picked up my day from the other Metro. Made me feel like I was more than just a cell number. Would recommend to everyone I know. Thank you!!!

Was awesome, the guy who helped me get my new phone was very well informed and knowledgeable he really helped me get the most for my money and helped me switch over my number from another service so I was able to keep my number and save a bunch on the new AMAZING phone I got which is the ZTE X Max Pro, it's a HUGE phone with a lot of memory and amazing cameras and features! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I also loose or drop my phone constantly so he hooked me up with a neck lanyard to go with my phone so I never loose or drop it because its always around my neck and hooked me up with this amazing glitter case that's just to die for!!

I had an amazing experience at this store I first misunderstood Lulu about Mexico calling but I came in today she was so sweet helped me out to better understand I just want to give her a good review she deserves it she is so patience and really good at what she does thank you Lulu

This man heard two words of my story looked at my phone and said he can fix it after I took it to apple and they tried to get me to get a new phone HE WAS ABLE TO FIX IT WITH IN 30 mins when I tell you this man made my day and my week thank you 🥰
