The UPS Store

As a live-a-board sailor for 18 years I depend on various stores such as this particular store. This UPS Store is a cut above all the rest. MyKeisha Moses & Chris make this extremely high-volume store run very smooth. If I were still in business, I would be doing everything I could to steal these two away from owner Derrick, who keeps his people very loyal. May God continue to bless them all!!

Really appreciate the guy who always works the counter in here. He’s calm and professional. I feel like people come in with demands and often acting impatient, but I’ve seen him handle folks like that really well. Good work deserves respect.

Chris was extremely helpful to me today. He guided me in the right direction when choosing box size, packaging and taping them up. He is extremely polite and runs a great store.

One name "MYKEISHA MOSES"! This young lady was extremely helpful with my package. I didn't know what to do, where to start, or even how to package. She took the initiative to explain what tape was needed for my package (what worked and didn't work), Mykeisha even walked me through the best option on to package my item. That was the biggest obstacle for me. Mykeisha thankyou so much for your kind, caring, and patient customer service. The men at this location were not helpful AT ALL! I appreciate you for taking the time to notice me and help me fix my situation in time, to cook dinner for my family:0)
