What a difference. The Glades UPS at Route 7!is a dirty mess and a loser of.the owner.

Great Location and friendly staff. I was told they are under new ownership the past year or so, which makes a lot of sense for the drastic improvements. I had to pack and send out some fragile items earlier this week and I was just notified that everything arrived at it's destination in perfect condition. I will always take my packing and shipping needs to this location.

I go here to return packages from Amazon all the time. I've also gotten copies done, and recently started sending out small packages for my Etsy shop. I'm not sure who these other people are reviewing but they've obviously never done retail or they have a stick up their butts, probably all the time. Every single time I've gone in to this location I've been well received and everyone has been very patient with my hiccups.

Addressing the lady that was so kind to give them a 2 star rating instead of a 1. I hope you never have someone talking down to you over something that is out of your control. All they do here with packages is weigh things, label them, and send them off, they can't ensure nothing will go wrong in transit. If you have an issue with paying $60 for shipping then get a Pirateship count and ship for 40 - 60% less. And if you still have an issue AFTER they helped you, you should probably leave your negative review with UPS corporate.

I actually worked for UPS for many years. This is the best UPS store I have ever dealt with. I have been coming here for years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! I have always found the owner and staff to be VERY professional, helpful and they have great attitudes. It is now under new management and I still find it to be the same quality!!!

I’ve had great experiences at this location and am very happy anytime I need anything. The new owners are great people and care about their customers.

I moved for the winter and one of my deliveries arrived late and they held my package for my until I returned. No attitude, no hesitation - just happy to help me.

I have never had a bad experience in this store or with Beryl.

She has been more than helpful.
Her prices are the same as any store and she goes the extra mile to make sure my packages are packed properly. I am grateful she treats my belongs as if they were her own. I don't mind waiting when she is busy with another customer. When she gets to me she gives me 100% of her attention. You can I see how focused she is as she is working. Never has a package arrived broken or damaged. I highly recommend going to this store its worth it.

I feel sorry for the few customers that didn't have the patience to talk to her because she is so loyal to her customers.

Wonderful customer service! I was in a bit of a bind as I was in the process of moving many boxes back up north and Beryl stayed open late after I had called in and briefly explained my situation. She took great care with all of my packages and was so kind, calm, and patient throughout the entire process. I truly love this UPS store! The manager Beryl is just fantastic. She is always so kind and helpful and gets done whatever I need. She makes it so easy for me and with the busy, on the go lifestyle we all lead, that is a NECESSITY!
