Panera Bread

Kenzie provided outstanding service, as did the gentlemen at the cashier (sorry, I forgot your name). Provided prompt friendly service with a smile. Kenzie went above & beyond to make sure my needs were met and took care of everything with a motivation and enthusiasm. I will be back later today for my daughter now just bc of that. Used to go here often, since I manage an office in the plaza for 8 years but had no idea that everything there changed for the better <3 Food is better, employees, atmosphere and I will now be a regular there again and will tell customers and coworkers that my opinion of this Panera has now completely changed. You guys definitely deserve a raise 😉 great job!

First of all, I never remember the food here being this fresh, but things have changed for Panera for sure**
Smokehouse BBQ Chicken on sourdough (w peppadew peppers & basil)
Citrus Asian Crunch salad (according to reviews, these 2 were one of the top faves for sandwiches &salads)

It’s so important to acknowledge competence and kindness these days anywhere you go because it just isn’t the norm anymore. Andrew Gonzalez, your mgr or assistant mgr (not sure which) helped me this morning with an order of a few pastries and coffees and teas to go. Not only was he welcoming and helpful but he packed up my things and helped me navigate the coffee/tea bar which was a challenge since others were in a rush to grab and go. I know I was slower than most and I just wanted to say thank you to him for all the extra help. I will pay it forward 😊

I can't say enough about Panera bread it's the most awesome place haven't experienced a bad location yet. Gotta get the unlimited sips and they give you 2 months free and 11.99 after that a month a must have. This location is great from the manager down. Thank you pb for being awesome

My experience started off horrible due to the Doordash driver who very poorly delivered my soup. However, after calling Panera, the general manager Sammy was extremely helpful! He apologized for the incident and completely turned the experience around for me. Because of him, I will order again.

Picked up and took home. Food was good. Got everything i ordered just as expected. Was ready when expected. I would go back. Love their soups.

Very great place to have breakfast. I eat here almost every chance I get, not only for their food but also for they awesome customer service. I would also like to point out one individual by the name of Ivan. Every time I come here he give me the same outstanding customer service and for that I want to say thank you.

Ordered lunch for about 10 people and was dreading the process since other Panera locations never get the order right. However, I spoke with a gentleman who I think said his name was Mr. Edison Joseph and he was WONDERFUL! Great customer service. We also got everything we ordered!

I've been coming to this Panera for several years. Even despite moving further away and having other establishments closer to my house, I always end up coming back to this one. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful, and plugs for electronic devices are more accessible than at other establishments (though bringing your own splitter anywhere makes you a superhero to other patrons). Just be aware that it does get pretty busy around 12:30PM - 1:00PM during weekdays, because a lot of workers come here for their lunch-breaks; so around those times parking might be difficult, lines can be long and the staff might be pretty busy. Patience is a virtue, though, because the food is worth it. A little pricey, yes, but that's to be expected from pretty much any Panera you go to. What sets this one apart is the staff. They're on point. Just like anybody though, they are people, so if you're cool to them they're cool to you; you reap what you sow, as it were. All in all, if you're chill, I highly recommend this place.

Remember folks, it doesn't pay too be a jerk. If you're a good customer, you get treated well. :D

I like to leave a review when you come across someone who enjoys their job like Jonathan and provides an excellent service! This guy is always showing a smile and happy to answer questions and even give recommendations... I came for a coffee and got myself a Panera card and membership because of this guy!

I visit the Panera location on University Drive or the one on 441 and Wiles in Coral Springs. Both are great. Clean restaurants, pleasant staff and consistently high quality food. They keep the coffee fresh and are quick to replenish anything that runs out. Be never been disappointed here.

I enjoy eating at Panera. They use better ingredients. No hormones or antibiotics. The You Pick 2 combination is a great way to get soup & salad or a sandwich. Everything is fresh and well made. It is consistently good every Panera that I visit. I would recommend them for fast, casual food.

This was the first time I've gone to Panera Bread and it was amazing! I had a hard time picking what to eat and the manager, Gabby, stepped right in and helped me out! She was so helpful and super nice! The customer service and the food was great! The manager Gabby definitely like 100% made it a way better experience then I had expected!

I was extremely impressed with one of the managers there. He helped me with my order mixup and explained what happened. Extremely professional, as well as empathetic. He seemed to be the only one that knew what was going on. Colin was his name I believe.
