I could not have found a more accommodating furniture store! Both the Sales Rep, Marie and Manager, Caryn went out of their way to make sure my elderly mother’s needs were met. Marie spent an hour and a half helping her try the various styles and sizes of lift recliner chairs until they found the perfect fit. She recognized the importance of this for my mother’s safety. Caryn went out of her way to ensure an expedited delivery, understanding our immediate need. I would highly recommend this store and these employees to anyone in need of some extra care in furniture shopping.

Morning, not my favorite time of the day, but I immediately sensed I was in good hands. Before I I knew it he and his delivery partner had my new piece of furniture in the door and in place.. They graciously moved my existing piece of furniture to another spot after showing me all I needed to know about my new piece of furniture.! They were quick ,
very polite and asked if I had any questions. It was truly a great experience! Lazy Boy should very proud to have such excellent help.! I was impressed! I would never hesitate to buy from them again! !

Greetings, we live out of country and have owned two La-Z-Boy recliners for five years. We love them so much we wanted to replace them and also purchase a large leather reclining sofa.

I asked for the manager Caryn, And she went above and beyond helping me with the spirit of excellence. She is both professional and personal in responding in a quick manner, helped me acquire samples, and perfectly care of our invoice accounting for every detail.

We have not received our furniture yet, but I needed to shout out and applaud Caryn for taking SUCH great care of us.

I came to check out fire places and accent chairs. Josh helped me and he is so knowledgeable and helpful. I can't wait to come back and order! I found the perfect fire place! He was so pleasant and personable that I feel like I've known him for years. They have many fabrics to choose from and this really great ottoman with seating and storage that can accommodate 4 people.

Great place! Heather Friedman was my salesperson. She answered all my questions professionally, was friendly and didn't give me a hard sell. I bought the Trouper sectional. I can't wait to get my furniture!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Caryn Dolan who I believe is the manager of the Boca Raton store. I purchased a recliner at a great sale price. She was extremely helpful in helping me purchase just the right chair for me. She was polite, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about her product. Good move by Lazy Boy having her as a manager. If you need a chair or couch she is the person to see. You won’t regret it.

I highly recommend La-Z-Boy products provided by the Boca Raton store. JoJo was the sales representative who really educated me about the construction, leather quality as well as the Warranty of the recliner I purchased. I was educated , not pressured. Don’t look any further for your furniture needs, head to La-Z-Boy in Boca Raton for quality and value.

It’s very difficult for me to make up my mind! So at first I thought the salesperson was a know it all! Well guess what. SHE DID KNOW IT ALL! Very knowledgeable staff. Then the interior designer came to my house to help me!! It was a terrific experience and I’m positive I willl liove my new furniture when it’s in my living room

Amy Maloff, was our wonderful, friendly, well informed, very competent & patient sales lady. We explained we were looking for a power recliner that was in stock & after trying quite a few of them we found a perfect size, color & shape that she found was in stock & could be deliverer this Saturday at no charge. We're so pleased Amy M. was our sales lady!!

Linda gave us plenty of time and attention. She used her design skills to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Using photos of our room, she guided us to the perfect fabric.

We found a chair we liked on line, tested it in the store. It was okay, but quite by chance happened to sit in a chair we found unattractive in photos, and fell instantly, madly in live With the ugly chair and bought two of them.

We were greeted upon arrival by and sweet lady that helped us find what we were looking for. She was not pushy and helped us stay within our budget and explained everything we needed to know. She gave cookies to our kids which helped keep them interested and good for the time in the store! Highly recommend this store in Boca Raton.
