I encountered a minor setback when the desired couch was on back order. However, thanks to the exceptional assistance provided by Jonathan Adams, my concerns were swiftly addressed. Recognizing my urgency, Jonathan promptly located a nearly identical couch that was readily available, expediting the process considerably. His professionalism and courtesy throughout this experience have alleviated a significant amount of stress associated with procuring the desired furniture. I am grateful for his outstanding support in navigating this matter.

Beautiful items, great prices, and the VERY BEST customer service!

We originally ordered 6 of these beautiful bamboo dining chairs, and later decided we wanted two more to be able to seat 8 for dinner parties. When they arrived, one chair had some markings on the bottom of all 4 legs, and I immediately received personal outreach from both the founder and head of customer service. They went above and beyond, and two new replacement chairs were sent right away. Thank you so much for all your help. We'll definitely be back for more items!

This company is incredible to work with. Products are beautiful and shipping was extremely fast. Most importantly, the customer service is fantastic. Jonathan Adam made the processes seamless and was very pleasurable to work with. He is knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely shop here again.

If I could do 10 stars I'd definitely do it.
Quality of furniture was above expectations.
However, I had a problem figuring out how to attach the cantilever top to the lounge chair ...
I reached out to the company, and they put me in touch with Jonathan Adam who is VP of operations to solve my issue.
They could of sent a handyman, but the Vice president actually came to my home 3 times till the problem was solved

Love my couch. The service was excellent. Expected delivery was 2 weeks. I got in about a week of ordering. I added on in home delivery and the process was less than ten minutes getting my couch inside it was insane! In the best way possible. The couch is so soft to sit on. I just ordered the ottoman to go with it. This is the beige color.

I recently purchased dining chairs. They came quickly and were reasonably priced for a beautiful, well made chair! A couple of the chairs had some minor scratches on the wood legs. I contacted customer service about this and was very impressed with their quick response and fair resolution. They sent me 2 new chairs which came in 2 days. I was initially weary because I had to communicate with customer service via email (no phone number to call). Klohey Georges was great, always responding to my emails within a few hours. I will continue to shop at a store that has such great customer service!

After an email mishap with my order and thinking I would have to forfeit the price I paid for a table, Homethreads resolved my dilemma with a full refund. This is a follow up to my previous poor review. I appreciate how they resolved the situation.

Every order that I've ever placed with Homethreads has been fulfilled in a timely manner. The items are always the best quality. In fact, the cake platter I just received is absolutely beautiful. I never thought I'd say that about a cake platter, but it really is a cut above any other one I've ever seen. The employees have all been super helpful and very communicative. I never have to wonder where things are in process etc. I can only give a 5 star review. I wish I could double it!

We found the customer service to be outstanding. Our order was a little unusual. See the anomaly, Homethreads proactively reached-out. Then when we had a problem the order, customer service was responsive and addressed issue immediately. Very were very happy and would endorse this company.

Beautiful chairs, look just like the picture. Initially there were a few that had some issues. Homethreads VP of operations contacted me and quickly collaborated with the manufacture to make things right. Although, they have a no open-box return or exchange policy, he was relentless getting me new chairs. Shipping is quick, every order received in 3 business days.

Our piece was damaged in shipping. We were given the option of a full refund or replacement. This was all facilitated by Klohey Georges in customer service. She kept me updated and made sure that everything occurred in a timely manner. I will definitely be a return customer.

Placed my original order in early May. When the item didn't ship I reached out by email to get more information. I immediately received an email response back that same day-within hours actually. I was pleased with the email and courtesy that they offered extending great understanding from my part. When the package arrived two weeks sooner I was also super happy! Upon inspection of the ottoman that I ordered I noticed there was a small tear in the fabric. I immediately called and sent pictures to the appropriate email they provided. Tony in the customer service department was so kind. So understanding. And so prompt with handling a re-order. The new item is now shipping at no cost and no charge to me. Huge thanks to Tony in the service department. They truly have amazing customer service! Also the vegan leather ottoman is gorgeous. Color is amazing as well as the size. Quality. And comfort. I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered the cabin chairs for a client and they shipped one in the wrong color , I used the email link and they responded quickly and handled it immediately- customer service is quick and courteous.
The chairs are also really great looking in both colors and very comfortable. My client is very happy!
