Havertys Furniture

Found the perfect replacement sectional with chaise at Havertys. Glenn Sousa listened to my wish list & took me right to the only couch I’ve seen (after many fruitless shopping forays to other stores) that had the features we wanted. He has a great eye & sent me home with some fabric samples to choose from, one of which is perfect & I’m returning today to purchase the couch. Glenn also walked me around the store to get ideas for a coordinating accent chair.

It was a pleasure dealing with Sharon at Haverty’s.
She was very knowledgeable and informative. The furniture is of excellent quality. There is a large variety of furniture pieces. We bought 2 very comfortable recliners and some other pieces.

Havertys had exactly what I was looking for. Sharon met me at the door, and accommodated my husband and myself (needed to bring a chair downstairs as my husband was not able to go upstairs). Overall, a very excellent experience and will be back.

We recently went to the Havertys in Delray Beach and worked with Glen. He was great in showing us the chairs we were looking for without asserting his opinion or trying to make a sale. He gave us time to look around, pick out fabrics and let is borrow the swatches when we got back home.

Two days later, we returned to let him know we changed our mind on the fabric because it looked like the wall paper in our lobby.

Glen told us not to worry about it and took us back to the 100 fabrics again. My husband and I sat there watching Glen show up what the fabrics looked like on-line and on the chair we were looking for. (Very cool feature)

In the end we bought the chairs which were readily available and could be delivered in three days. The best part is, we have three days to decide how we feel AFTER the delivery. If we aren't happy, Haverty takes them back and gives a full refund. Or if we decide to move forward with a different, custom fabric, that takes 8-10 weeks on delivery.
Either way, the customer wins!!

I usually don't like to shop with my spouse because we don't really like the same things and it can get frustrating, but this time, it was fun. I think we had a good experience because of Glen. He was easy to work with and had a fun sense of humor.

I'd highly recommend if anyone is looking to buy furniture at Havertys, pls ask for Glen!

Gregory did a great job understanding my needs, showing us the appropriate bedroom sets that met our needs, measuring the height of the box spring and mattress to get the right combination and knowing the quality of the different products.

Looking forward in having Sharon & Edit come over my apt to see what furniture I need to make my apt a home here at St. Andrews Retirement Community.

Jacqui and Edit were excellent and even came to the condo to take measurements and make suggestions. Edit’s 3d design helped us plan our home and they even supported us in our own choices. The furniture is beautiful but these two talented ladies were even more special!

My salesperson is Jojo Green, she is so professional and a wonderful personality. She did not hard sell me. She was so helpful. I must say my experience was enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful lady.

My sales representative was knowledgeable and patient. She was friendly, and was helpful in printing the information about the furniture I was interested in. Also Havertys had wonderful selections in reasonable prices for what I was interested in, counter height bar stools. They had a choice that was unique and felt like sculpture for the kitchen.

Glenn/Evan and John were so helpful. Great product. They appreciate the customer so much.

On Thursday 11/9, my wife and I visited Havertys in Boca Raton and had a wonderful experience.

Our sales representative, Alan Cooper, was very knowledgeable and very patient, and a great representative of Havertys without ever making us feel pressured to purchase.

And the same was true for our designer, Maricel Cuevas, who skillfully and with excellent taste, helped us furnish a bedroom and living room.

I highly recommend Havertys and asking for Alan and Maricel for assistance. You will enjoy the shopping experience and Havertys is likely to become your go-to furniture store.

After a horrible experience at City furniture, we came to havertys and the assistance that we received from the in-house interior decorator and Carol the salesperson was outstanding. They helped us furnish our living room and so looking forward to our delivery date. Love this store will always use the store your customer service is excellent.
