Starbucks

Great place for a quick stop. This location was relatively uncrowded, so it provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. My drink - a caramel ribbon crunch frappucino - was prepared within a minute. More importantly, the drink was absolutely delicious, especially on a hot summer day! I highly recommend this location and the drink!

I love visiting this place and it is my all time favorite.

Over on family business and where putting our heads down for 3 Days at the Holiday Inn.

The breakfast and hotel service at the Holiday Inn was abysmal, so we left and walked the 15mins to Starbucks at Yamato Rd, Boca Raton. On arrival there was a bit of a queue, as the local gym/yoga class had got out, along with some cyclists doing their Sunday ride. Everyone got served by a young lassie that was holding about 6 big bags of coffee, when it was our turn she was friendly, pleasant and nothing was to much trouble especially when I asked for one of their breakfast muffins to have the cheese removed for my father. The muffins where good, the coffee as usual was good and the ice coffee as always consistent. Recommended

I prefer this Starbucks location over most of the other ones in Boca even the closer ones. It's because they always have a good selection of bagged coffees even the more rare varieties. Also they keep the grinds so they'll give them to you if you ask. The grinds make excellent compost .

Always great to stop in for an afternoon espresso!

Editing my review from 2 years ago. I get excellent service from this Starbucks and employees are always friendly, helpful, and use my name when I come in to the store. Can't complain about one thing and I appreciate these people for being there.

Old review from 2019: This is not your typical Starbucks. Service and accuracy are not a great concern of these employees. Place a mobile order and then go to the store where 2 employees are chatting with each other, to ask them to start making your mobile order. Another time you go and have to try to catch the the attention of the barista whose attention is focused on texting. Or another time they make your hot order with warm milk, but don't you dare complain because the shift manager will take it personally. Not my favorite Starbucks.
They do get 2 stars for being a Starbucks close to my house.

Matias and Frank were both awesome! Most starbucks have a good customer service, but they were outstanding! Love the service I receive from both of them and how helpful they were. Good atmosphere, located in a nice plaza. Would come back there with no problem

Staff was super friendly and fast. I didn't have to wait long and my order was correct. The place was very clean, even behind the counter. A separate Scott for mobile order pickups and I saw a customer come in pick up her coffee and walk out. It looked so convenient that I am definitely going to try that in the future.

The staff were so nice that this is my new favorite Starbucks, among 3 of equal distance. They were out of Salted Carmel and gave me a free drink! Returned today with a friend to enjoy their great customer service.

This used to be my go to starbucks when I lived in boca. They always made my drinks right and the one time I spilled my drink by accident and was going to pay for another they remade my drink for free. That was super nice of them! I still try and swing by whenever I'm up that way even if the staff have changed over the years. Love them!

If i could give this place 0 starts i would. This starbucks has the WORSE customer service.... I always order through the app and im always waiting 40mins or more for my order. ALWAYS unorganized! Save your money and time

Michael greeted me when I walked in the door, he took my order with a smile, and this experience really made my day. The employees of Starbucks are rarely this friendly and warm. Five stars.

Services here are superb and is rather fitting being in Boca. A step up from your average Starbucks location. Bar area is a legit area you can sit and chat at and bigger tables are available for laptop work while enjoying your beverage of choice.

The baristas here are mostly trained well and are attentive to people's needs. Highly recommended if this location is local to you.

I go here often but today was especially awesome service! I requested a coffee type that wasn't available and was given a free drink with a substitute coffee. Greeted right away when entering, the shop is always clean and neat.

Love this Starbucks the staff is always so awesome. For some reason I always forget my food when I order here, probably because they’re fast at making drinks. Lol

Very friendly atmosphere, very well with their customerskills. Place was very well kept, we didn't have to wait long at all. Very Sociable workers, it showed from upon entering thar they made sure to say "Gd mrning, welcome to Starbucks. How's ur mrning & wat can we help u with." Made sure to suggest certain cakes & sandwiches that they felt we would enjoy! They were so right the breakfast sandwich was as good as home cooked one. Thanku for ur services. Will definitely return & refer this pace w/it a doubt.

Shoutout to MATT, the best barista in all of Boca Raton. When I am weak, you teach me to be strong. When I am down, you lift me up. When I am caffeine deprived, you are there to nourish me. Thank you for your service my essential working hero. Thank you for perfecting your craft, for without you my Starbucks order would fall short from perfect. 10/10 5 star A+ rating

I ordered light ice in my cappuccino
When I arrived to pickup my mobile order. My cappuccino was FULL OF ICE. The line was backed up to the door. I really enjoy my Starbucks. I waited until the rush was over. Explaining the error ...they. offered to remake my drink. Unfortunately I had already consumed my 6 shot espresso cappuccino while waiting.I would have easily had my barista remake my order. 6 more shots of expresso was not the healthiest choice....my cappuccino was then refunded. Thank you again!😎

I love coffee. Starbucks is a little overpriced but convenience has a price and there is one in every corner
