You have the most amazing crew who works in your store. After over 4 times within a week of visiting this store, on Sheppard Rd. Lakeland FL., totally stressed. From having issues with a fax not being received and paperwork not being filled out correctly. I received an under your wing approach totally helping me to the end.

Watching everyone who walked in or were even outside the store coming in, being help to the upmost! This is true customer courtesy and service. You don't see everyday! Thank you so much!

I have never had a problem here. The staff has always been friendly, helpful and efficient. Helped me read an address from my phone when I did not have my glasses. I've had someone there find a link on my phone to return an item because I couldn't find it. I have even had someone send a link to there own phone because we couldn't get mine to work.

So helpful every single time I come in! JP is wonderful. Had two Amazon returns today and as always JP was kind and helpful.

Love this UPS Store. They always treat me well, employees are kind, and worry about getting the customers out quickly. Went to the UPS on county line rd and left to come to the one I knew would treat me right!

Amazing service! They are always there to help and answer questions. It's my one stop shop! I always recommend UPS store boxes instead of PO boxes, you get added benefits and your mail doesn't get stolen off your door step!

I can't speak highly enough about these people. I personally HATE giving out my home address on ANYTHING. The fact that they receive my mail, email me when I have packages and go out of their way to just be there for you and your needs speaks volumes. I have recommended them to everyone I know. I am also aware that USPS is soon stopping their services at some home locations. I highly recommend a USP Store Box opposed to a PO Box. Reason why you ask??? Its a physical address and can receive all delivery services at their location. Thank you Beverly, Kyle & crew for being there for me for the past 4 years. I hope to be with you for the next 30 :-)

Love this UPS store. All the staff are friendly and helpful, but we usually deal with Kyle. It's always a positive experience. Seems like he knows our needs before we even ask! The best possible service you could ever want!! Neighbors....Be sure to use and frequent this store!

We came to the store right when it was closing time not realizing that store was closed, as we were walking away back to our car, Mr.Keith the owner came out and got us and helped us with what we needed. Very nice man and employees were very helpful.
