The staff here are so personable and truly seem to enjoy what they do. They take the time to really get to know their regulars and can greet most of them by name, even in the drive thru! I definitely consider this location “my” Starbucks.

Staff is always so friendly first thing in the morning and their drinks are always consistent. Now it's time to enjoy my much needed Caramel Macchiato. 🤤

They're coffee, so he's decent. They're breakfast selection is very good. I think healthy and not your choice. Good stuff.

This Starbucks & it’s employees and the one on 98 N. By Taco Bell, are hands down the best Starbucks in Lakeland. They are quick, efficient, friendly, and almost always have what I want in stock. My drinks are always made perfectly at this location. And they always notice when I have one of my fur babies with me, and treat them as a valued customer with a smile, as well 😊

The staff get to know you by name and are very friendly. A wonderful place to drop in or stay for a while.

They were SO busy for Mother’s Day. Even though it took a while, the staff was so friendly & doing their best!

My friend and I come into this Starbucks a lot to study...well, she studies. I occupy my time by ordering a delicious coffee or something.
- The service and employers are super friendly every time we stop in.
- The wait time is quick and efficient. And the quality and taste is great.
- The atmosphere is pleasant. Both my friend and I have no complaints. No one bothers us, it's quiet, the music is not over-bearing.

This store is one of the nicest stores I have been in but one person that works there really stands out when it comes to great customer service and that’s Angelic(Hope I spelled name correctly)🙏

Angelina is the best. She always remembers me and is always welcoming and friendly. She makes all my drinks on point and always has a smile on her face.

My boyfriend and I stopped into this store around 5 on a Saturday, the baristas were all so nice and I had a great, fun conversation with the barista on register (I think her name was Kam). My Iced Matcha Latte with oatmilk was delicious and the coffee cake I got as well was warmed up to perfection! Definitely stop by this location if you’re needing a little pick me up.

This has to be one of the nicest Starbucks I have visited. The baristas were wonderful, very friendly and offered suggestions on how I can order my drink to get my desired Espresso/(creamer) ratio, and the store is beautiful. There are comfortable chairs and sofas, tables, and merchandise. It was very clean and the vibe was extremely positive.

Krystal was very nice, polite, and helpful. She helped me with my Starbucks app. 😊

This Starbucks leads all Starbucks. Yep. I went in late and need a wake up coffee. The cashier made sure I left with a great cup of coffee which was hot very sweet and enough creamer. In my world their eye on taking care of me was amazing. More business might think on this point.

They always make my ice caramel brulee perfect ! I ask for extra topping and they actually make sure to put extra in there! They are very friendly and polite never had an issue !

To the customers having meltdowns in their reviews: if you have 19 trillion requests for your drink, just go inside so you can make sure they didn't only get like 18,999,999,999,999 of your requests done correctly instead of the full 19 trillion.

Brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso turned me basic af. (Updated: still a great drink and I'm basic af)

The employees are incredibly friendly and this particular spot makes the best pink drink I've ever had.

Andrew made sure I was taken care of while it was hectic in there. He handled everything so well. Great leadership material if you ask me.

New Starbucks in SE Lakeland just south of Florida and Ewell. Pretty standard outside, but looks pretty nice inside. Mobile ordering available. Drive through might be a little confusing the first time through. I can see that causing some issues.

I've never once been disappointed with Starbucks. Their baristas are all incredibly hospitable, their drinks and coffees are soo good, you (and your wallet) will hate that you love them so much. Whether you're dining in and relaxing, or going through the drive thru, you won't regret spending your hard earned money here.
