We are very pleased with our purchase of a 2008 Holiday Rambler Endeavor. The staff Eileen was the best. She was patient, no pressure, very informative, and funny. Hartley was very thorough in his walk through. Also gave us his card with his cell number and told us to call anytime with questions or issues. All around a great experience and would highly recommend.

Well, I usually don’t write reviews but thought Florida RV definitely deserves this one. Went to numerous dealers looking for an older class A diesel pusher. It was one nightmare story after the next to the point we were giving up looking. Our RV inspector recommended Hartley at Florida RV and said he’s the most honest dealer he’s met in the industry. We found our dream RV there and what a total class act they were to deal with ! They even did repairs to the RV we were going to do ourselves to save $ at no charge to us. What dealer would do that for a customer of a 20 yr old diesel pusher? They treated us like gold like we were buying a brand new coach. even the tech Todd that did our walk through was a total gentleman and even gave us his cell number in case we had ANY questions no matter how stupid or small. Hartley and Florida RV have a new customer for life and will be our only service center for our new coach. Best dealership we have ever dealt with by far. We purchased our Tiffin from Florida RV in February. Hartley and his staff were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about what they sell. This type of motorhome was all new to us and along the way we had issues come up that we had no experience with. Hartley, Eileen and the gentlemen in the shop were there to help and solve them every time. We were also impressed with the shop. It was very clean and orderly. Maybe it's us, but we think that says a lot when purchasing something like this that will need servicing in the future. So, I can say without a single doubt, if you are thinking of buying a motorhome you will be impressed with Florida RV sales and Service.

After finding the RV I wanted and talking to Hartley by phone and texts I took the leap and flew down from Ohio to close the deal. From start to finish Hartley and Diane could not have been more helpful and accommodating in making sure this novice got a good start with my first RV.
The vehicle was expertly prepped including winterizing for my trip back North. They made sure I had everything I needed to get started and provided me with their phone numbers for any questions or concerns that might come up. I do highly recommend their dealership.

Outstanding performance and professional salesmanship by the owner Hartley MacDonald. I arrived late as they were about to close and I told Mr. Hartley that I was interested in an Rv having never owned one before. He asked my price range and oh my, he had just gotten one on the lot! Next day I bring my wife and left a deposit to make the transaction. He spent well over 3 hours explaining the "rules n tricks" of motor coaching over the roads... thx Hartley and to Eileen who took care of ALL the paperwork that goes into buying a vehicle, much less an RV motor coach. When my wife first contacted Hartley he made us feel that we were not just another phone call, but gave us his time and undivided attention as to our needs. This was early in 2016 and he was in FT Lauderdale at the time. When we met him at his shop he took time to show us his inventory and for us it was the 2007 Forest River Charleston 40 QS ( Quad Slide ). This coach had only 22,000 miles on it and was in excellent condition. The big thing for me was the Mercedes Diesel that had the best warranty in the industry in 2007. There was not one thing on this coach that did not work . It is now late 2018 and we are pushing 79,000 miles with absolutely no problems and the paint still looks like it just came off the line. Hartley and his wife Dianne sell only top notch RVs and if I was in the market they would be my go to dealer. That probably won't happen because this coach is just to good, 9.5 MPG- NO DEF- NO crazy sensors to shut you down ( always in the middle of the nite in the middle of no ware ) and the Freightliner Custom Chassis is the best out there. We have keep in contact with Hartley throughout our travels and I feel we have become good friends along the way. April 2019 Update ( HAVE COME FULL CIRCLE )
With a heavy heart I have to sell our coach that we love and has been absolutely wonderful with no issues at all due to my increasing vision problems. After making this hard decision it was a no brainer to take it back to Hartley at Florida RV Sales to have him sell it for us. Hartley and Dianne and there staff are very professional and totally customer orientated with the mindset that the customers best interest is priority.
I had a great last 600 mile trip to drop off our coach on Feb 17 and they had it sold on March 22.
We hope that the new owner loves it as much as we do and maintain it as meticulously as we did. Hartley and Dianne have become friends over the years and they have a open invitation to take one of there many fine coaches and visit us here in north west Georgia. I just happen to have a full hookup 50amp site under a poll barn.

We did months of research on multiple different on-line sites before deciding on this beautiful coach at Florida RV Sales and Service. Once we made our decision, we knew had to fly to Florida from Maryland. Hartley even picked us up at the airport ! He and his staff assisted us with everything before we left so the day we arrived all we had to do was look at the RV and sign on the dotted line. There was no urgency from their standpoint - we could take as much time going over the RV as we wanted. No pushy sales. He wanted to make sure we had all our questions answered and felt very comfortable with the decision we made. We had decided it was time to move up from a gas engine motorhome to a diesel pusher. Spent a while looking for a nicely maintained used coach. Saw a new listing pop up at Florida RV Sales so stopped by to check it out. Rig was even nicer than the pictures showed. The shop owner, Hartley, was extremely personable. Absolutely no "salesman" vibe at all, just a nice guy. Up front about known issues with the motorhome and already had a list of repairs that his techs were fixing before the sale. Price was fair and we made a deal on the spot. Picked it up a week later and couldn't be happier with the rig!

Hartley and his crew are wonderful people. Had an enjoyable time purchasing our new to us Coachman RV. Made a 408 mile trip right out of the showroom without any issues. This is a great and honest place to purchase your next RV. You will be happy with the whole experience just like my wife and I were. Hartley explained everything we needed to know about our coach. I have just returned home after my first RV weekend in the Coachmen 402TS purchased from Florida RV Sales and Service. The trip home from Florida RV Sales and Service and the weekend away were enjoyable and stress free in a beautiful low mileage coach.

I knew when I walked in the door I finally found where I was going to purchase my motorhome. Not only was Hartley, Dianne and Eileen friendly and knowledgeable. They actually knew what they were talking about and showed me how everything worked inside and outside the coach. When I came back to pick up the coach, it had been serviced washed, and all of the switches and gauges worked as they should. And again spent a lot of time with me making sure I understood how everything worked. What a great experience. The only thing they forgot to tell me how to do was ,how do I get my dog out of it when I get home ha ha. After purchasing my 2002 Holiday Rambler Imperial, from Florida RV Sales in Mulberry Fl, , I took off on a 12,000 mile road trip. Everything on the trip was perfect and my wife and I enjoyed our first trip with no problems. After a couple of small dings from our trip ( nobody’s perfect) it really bothered me to see the two dents I made on our trip. I brought the RV to Hartley who assured me the repair work would be perfect. My trust in him and his company’s reputation made it easy to leave my dream RV in his good hands. In a very quick amount of time, I was delighted to see the repairs were done perfectly with no sign of the damage incurred on our trip. We are so happy we found Hartley and his hard working staff. This place has it all and has never let us down. The larger RV companies could never give us this kind of personalized service. You feel important, respected and valued as a customer.

Brought my 2020 odyssey entegra in for generator service today….wow. From the moment I stepped out my vehicle and met Todd, his attitude and customer service were awesome. I had no appt, just driving by and stopped in to see if they can get my Onan 4000 generator running, Todd told me to stop by the next day at 0800 as his mechanic would be available. Well, I showed up at 0800 and Chris had my generator running within 30 minutes. As a new RV owner, Not only did he repair my generator, he took time to answer all my other RV related questions. My experience today was nothing less than incredible, this will be my go to service shop if I ever experience any future RV issues. Thank you Todd, Chris and Eileen for a great experience!!!! I was shopping for a class A diesel RV for a few months. I saw several sub-par units that the sales people tried to convince me were perfectly fine, but I knew what I wanted and those units were not “it”. I almost bought one from a private owner, but kept getting the run around, so when I saw an RV advertised by Florida RV Sales and Service, I decided to check it out. The online pictures looked almost too good to be true, so I was a little skeptical, but when I saw it in person, it was everything I hoped it would be. This coach looked like it had hardly been used, and it was exactly what I was looking for! I was very impressed with Ryan Moore’s patience in answering my many questions. If I asked a question he wasn’t sure about, he would go find out the answer. That same patience and quality carried through when I met Hartley and Diane; there were no high pressure sales tactics, no trying to rush to get me to sign a contract, there was just an honest desire to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. When I put down a deposit I stated that I was concerned about driving the coach 65 miles home through heavy traffic since I had no experience driving an RV. Hartley quickly said that he would not only deliver it, but would give me a driving lesson! I could not have asked for a smoother transaction and a better experience.
