Publix Super Market at Imperial Lakes Plaza

I am always greeted with friendly faces and helpful people. Last time I went, I pulled up with my cart and three kids and boy were my kids feeling scrappy. The manager offered to help put my groceries on the belt while I assisted my children and paid. It was so sweet and thoughtful!! Publix always is ready to be of assistance and with a smile!

Multiple great experiences from this Publix, special ordered blackberry gingerale and subs are always on point as well called to advise they were out of a certain sauce for the sub, if I still wanted it, and other options instead of what I ordered to accomodate not having the sauce

Publix at Imperial Lakes, is the best Publix, in my opinion. I feel like they are an extension of my own home! I feel this way, because i am there almost everyday! Lol! The store managers are willing to help bag groceries, as well as help you out to your car! The employees are friendly and helpful. Pharmacy staff are all friendly, and when they say your meds will be filled, its usually filled before they say it will!! Definitely a Publix George Jenkins would be proud of! Excellent job Publix!

Picked up a prescription at the pharmacy. The staff are very helpful and polite. Had questions as some things had changed between brand and generic. The pharmacist on duty was quick to answer them all. Over all, I always have a great experience.

Publix is always good. This place is a bit smaller than what I'm used to but it has all the necessities. The sushi options are a bit more limited.

A bonus is outdoor tables if you want a place to sit and eat.

I wouldn't trade Publix for nothing....ever since I first went my experience have been nothing but awesome...great service and marvelous staff and personal....friendly and family surrounding....

Always I pleasurable shopping experience. Love it there, employees went above and beyond to help us find the stuff we need, not from this area but service implacable.

Publix is a well know respected establishment for a good reason........THEY ARE AWESOME. There stores are the cleanest, most organized, well signed and Top Knotch customer service like no other. Thank you for being part of the best companies Florida (Lakeland) has to offer. You all are amazing!

P.S. try the southern custard next to the eggnog during the holidays. It's like Santa Claus in a carton.

I have been shopping at Publix for over 30+ years....I have always found everything I need at that store , and the employee's are always there to help you.....LOVE THAT STORE

Used to love it here. As we all know, Publix charges more than others but the service is far above anyone else out there. Well.... not anymore. They, too, have chosen to get rid of cashiers for self check out, and now you have to wait for the one register if you don't want to work for free. We begrudgingly accepted this at those big box stores, that offer the lowest pricing and never really had good customer service in the first place. I can not justify paying Publix prices for no service. That's just crazy! So what made Publix special is gone and that's a tragedy.

Love this store! It’s my childhood Publix and now I work here as an Instacart shopper. We’re like family! You won’t want to shop at any other grocery store after you shop here! And no one can beat the BOGOs or the Pub subs!
