Shepherd Beverage Castle

I've been going to this place for about 18 years now. I love what the new owners have done, it's beautiful. All revamped, everything is out in open clear for you to see now! They still have the best prices for the items I buy and the new owners are extremely nice and already know what I'm going to ask for as I pull up. That's definitely anticipating my needs as a costumer and genuine care in getting to know their costumers. I will continuing going there as always and recommend to anyone needing fast service with a smile. 😀

Great place! The staff is always so sweet and speedy service. I’m always on the go so it’s great to be able to go through real quick and get what I need.

So the following day, the employee, not knowing that I had left A review. Had stopped me and apologize. And explain the whole situation that it was totally a misunderstanding. There is always two sides to a story.. The day after that. The owner which is named, Neil actually contacted me and wanted to also speak with me about the situation.. He was very apologetic And I explained to him that the employee AND I had just spoke with me the day before, and it was OK. I want to thank both the employee and the owner for reaching out and speaking with me. That way we can get both sides of the story. But I would definitely definitely definitely recommend, if you are ever on Shepherd Road at this Convenience store. Which is a plus because you can drive right through and they have everything and anything you want. I like to say thank you very much for taking your time out and everything. Neither the employee or the owner did not have to say anything to me but I do want to give an update on the situation so I do give them a 5 star REVIEW.

I moved to Florida in November all the way from New Hampshire. As soon as I arrived Neal that didn't know me from Adam hired me right on the spot. I have never worked with the public and or as a cashier especially a drive thru store. From day one Neal has been very patient and kind to me, and just when I thought I couldn't handle the job Neal had alot of faith in me and a whole lot of patience and kept reminding me that I could do it and never gave up and I'll never be able to thank him enough for that. I'm very grateful for him and all of the employers who took the time to teach me the ropes and also never gave up on me. Sometimes I have to pinch myself bcz I've never had a boss like Neal who is so caring, and most of all patient and a very handsome man to say the least. We all treat each other like one big happy family. I also would like to thank all of our customers who also have made me feel like I'm part of their families and supporting us and also who have been very patient as well, we definitely couldn't make it without you all.

Love this beverage castle. Always clean, very convenient, and staff is always so sweet. Plus they always have what I need from my energy drinks to a gallon of milk. Check them out !!

I love this place so much! The worker “ Juliana” is so nice and friendly, plus she’s the fastest worker I’ve ever seen there in the 30 years of me going to this store. Great employees create great stores. Keep up the good work!
