AT&T Store

The employees at the Bay Walk store were phenomenal. Very. Very helpful. From my understanding, it was their first day. And they offered the best customer experience. I can't say as much for the store, it was very outdated and in need of a remodel

Jay was amazing. The customer service call center somehow left me with no service instead of fixing an intermittent Internet issue with my device. I walked into this store and Jay was multitasking between customers and was still super pleasant at the same time. Customer service is one of my biggest pet peeves and Jay embodies great customer service. Not only did he fix my connectivity issue, but he impressed me so much that I just had to leave this review. AT&T keep this one and promote from within!

Went in yesterday to get my first net service set up. The gentlemen working here were super knowledgeable and eager to help. By far the smoothest experience I’ve ever had when transitioning to a new carrier. Highly recommend this store.

AT&T employee was very helpful in figuriitng out why my data kept running out. He switched me over to the 55+ plan with unlimited data. Now my cell phone bill has actually gone down in cost. Thank you!

Rachel was PHENOMENAL!!! Incredibly friendly. Very informative. Amazing customer service! Loved her! I came in for a new iPhone due to my speakers no longer working...instead of just selling me a new one, she told me about the new iPhone 15 coming out in a month and got me EarPods to resolve my issue temporarily! Usually when you walk into a store for wireless service, the first thing they assume is that you’re suppose to know everything electronically about your phone or any phone rather. I’m my case, Shawn and Sam were so genuinely helpful and so kind to me. For the first time ever since having a phone, they did not make me feel illiterate due to not having much cell phone knowledge. They helped me along the way, with kindness and patience. Thank you two so much for everything!

This is the second time we came into this store. The store manager, King, helped us with absolutely everything, from new lines to new phones, from SIM cards to Apple Watch syncing. Setting up our business account was a breeze.

We required his attention for over three hours (we are not tech savy) between both visits, yet he never lost his patience and kept assisting us the whole time, not only that, he took care of three other customers at the same time and did so seamlessly. We feel very well taken care of, we will definitely return to this store, always.

Gage was amazing! Me, my mom and sister got new phones and he was amazing with the process of helping transfer everything over and help with difficult technology issues. We’re from Kentucky and needed my moms phone fixed quickly, much appreciated! Stop by here if you’re in town and need your phone fixed!

I have been to several different AT&T stores over the years as a 20 year mobile customer. This store has been the best by far. Most recently, King was extremely helpful with meeting my needs when the internal speaker on my iPhone 7 failed and I needed a new phone along with an overview of our family account to be sure we were on the best plan. Each time I have been in this store, the staff has been very kind and helpful to each and every customer.

I came in with a concerned why imy bill had gone up. And your associate help me and gave me a better plan and save me money. My phone was block I could not make any phone calls he un blocked it and is working fine. Thanks.

I enjoyed going to this location. The manager Travis was very helpful to us . We came in to get our service switched to the Unlimited Plus plan for being a new DIRECT TV Customer. He explained everything we needed to know and the break down of all plans. Even explained options of upgrading our phone services. I was very impressed with his overall customer sevice and we appreciate the concern he showed in solving our problem.

We came in with several things to take care of and Gage walked us through every step... I’m an older woman and tech doesn’t come easy. Gage was probably the most efficient, professional, knowledge and most important patient and compassionate associate I have encountered in all my years... AT&T has a treasure in this young man and I would definitely recommend!!!

I came in with the simplest, yet frustrating of issues when apps decide to continually force quit. I was quickly greeted by Kaitlyn with a friendly attitude and a great big hello. She not only helped me in a timely manner, but made the overall experience of dealing with life’s little annoyances pleasant.

Luigi is the most awesome salesman I have ever met at this store or any store for that matter! He has gone above and beyond his job responsibilities to help me in any way he can. I recently have experienced several issues with my phone and he even made a suggestion that no one at Customer Service even did. Unfortunately, it didn't solve every problem so AT&T sent me a new one. I took it in to Luigi and he set everything up exactly like I had had it on the former phone (which wasn't part of his duty to do so). He has even offered to find and download a music downloader that will work well and continue to try to find the 200+ songs that are now missing. He is an exceptional salesman and should definitely be rewarded for his diligence in helping his customers!

WOW!!! What an awesome experience. At this time of year when almost everyone else is too busy to practice good customer service, I was blown away by AT&T team’s attention to detail, friendly customer service and level of expertise/knowledge at the BayPoint location. The guys made made me smile and solve by problems at the same time.

Came in this store just to get a data transfer and I was greeted by a kind rep by the name of Kaitlin I believe, she was great! Patient with me. Updated me on the progress of the transfer throughly. Explained my bill for me and reassured me everything was okay. Great employee, love this store!

My brother and I were on vacation over Christmas, and I needed to upgrade my phone. Fortunately this AT&T store was right around the corner. I must say since I never backed up my phone through iCloud this was a major task. Luckily Yumi took care of me. She was so kind. And since it was a major task and my brother decided to upgrade his phone also, Gage and King stepped up and were right there to help. I had to leave my phone and between the three of them they took care of us. I trusted them completely. It's a good thing that I did, so I was able to continue on vacation not worrying about it. Thank you so much for your help to Yumi, Gage, and King. They were very kind, personable, and patient. This was the last thing I wanted to deal with on vacation so I really appreciate them. I am a teacher and old enough to be their parents, and it's very heartwarming to see young adults with the social manners and personalities and work ethics they have.

Fell off my boat and ruined my phone. Met with Marcus Monday the 20th of August and he delivered excellent service in spite of corporate's complete mishandling of the replacement. I originally tried to handle this problem by phone with corporate but at the end they assured me I could simply visit a local store since it would take them 5 business days to ship my new phone. Since I was four hours from home, I decided to do that.

After a phone call or two, Marcus discovered a huge training opportunity that corporate should address. Namely that they had activated my upgrade and he spent the rest of the day trying to unwind and reassign it to his store so he could sell me a new phone. He was relentless and polite at the same time finally succeeding late in the day.

I was able to take delivery of my new phone and made my way home to Georgia afterward.

I also observed his calm demeanor while juggling as many as five customers at once until the other clerks arrived to help with the traffic flow.

He was ever so cordial with one particular senior lady who was desperately looking for help using her phone trying to retrieve voice mail messages. He would help her as time permitted in between customers and was ever the gentleman even escorting her to the door and inviting her to return at a later date for further tutoring.

Though I would not give corporate more than one star during this experience, I'm proud to dole out five huge stars to Marcus.

Went in with my phone acting ridiculous. Couldn’t figure out why it was bugging out. Kaitlyn approached me with a bright smile and took over. She explained what she was doing and every step she took so I could follow along. The ringer is now working and it’s back to normal. She’s great and I will be back to see her and recommend others who have AT&T to visit her while she’s working 👏🏼
