Vanessa was unbelievable. She took an amazing amount of time with my wife and I. Showed us a bunch of Parfum lines. Never made us feel rushed. Truly the shining epitome of service for others.

Elaine in the Creed Boutique was very accommodating, friendly, helpful, and created my most memorable (and best) saks experience ever trumping their competition by a LONG-LONG shot. There was an issue with my order which she worked tirelessly to correct. If you get a chance to shop with Elaine, you won’t be disappointed.

Shopping at Saks is great, but Saks at Palm Beach is special. However, don't expect the staff to rush to help you unless you look like you are going to spend tens of thousands of dollars.

Just had the most delightful afternoon with a very classy and genuine salesman named John in the shoe division. Now I have my 1st pair of Laboutins!!!!!
