Love our newly installed Aroma360 from Aroma360 Palm Beach. Our experience was flawless from start to finish. Our luxury scent consultant, Gabrielle was so professional and patient with all of our questions and provided us with a superior client experience to remember. Gabrielle assisted us with picking the right equipment for our home and was so knowledgeable about each option. Gabrielle didn’t stop with the sale, she helped us set up a technician visit to our home as we opted for the system that runs with the HVAC. The technician visit was also a breeze, they showed up on time, very professional, organized and clean.

So happy with our Aroma360 and thank you Gabrielle for the service and follow up throughout the entire process.

I purchased the small diffuser last year and was having difficulty with it. So I decided to bring it in and received excellent service. We discovered there was an issue with the oil I was using and not the machine. So they took their time showing me the various machines offerings as well as the numerous scent options. I’ll be purchasing a larger unit when my new business is up and running - not only for the great scent options but as well as knowing the excellent after sales service available to me. It is a real pleasure to work with Aroma360! And I just LOVE the scents!!!

I purchased two of these units. They are wonderful. My house has never smelled as fragrant as it does now. The gentleman at the store in Palm Beach was quite helpful. Aroma360 has many fragrances to make a choice from. The unit is very easy to use…just screw in the bottle and press the button. I even have one for my car. Good experience with Aroma360.

The visit to Aroma 360 was great. From start to finish the experience was top tier. I had the privilege of sampling each scent, I was given detailed information about the products as well as a tutorial on how to use the machinery. I installed the device in my business and the aroma can be smelled a great distance. Both employees and passerby's stop to inquire about the smell. Thanks a million!

Gina at aroma, 360, and Palm Beach was extremely helpful. I ended up getting a lot of my Christmas gifts at the store. Service is excellent the products are wonderful. I’ve ordered on line and in person at the palm beach store. I love everything about this company and staff. The scents are delicious, and I have one in my office, home and car. Gina is always so helpful, courteous and friendly. She stays in touch with me to let me know when there are specials and to see how I love my scents. I give aroma 360 palm beach a 10!

I will start by saying that I had the best customer service experience of my life at the Aroma 360 store in Palm Beach. Bobby was magnificent! I went in the store beyond frustrated with the customer service I was experiencing via Aroma360 website. The website store support was BEYOND horrible. I'm going to intend to summarize my story: I ordered some products, including a Mini360 SL - Black on 9/4. The products shipped fast, I had them all by Friday, 9/8. I was super excited and installed the Mini360 SL being careful to follow all the instructions. The device failed to work (the motor would turn on and off immediately and never diffused). I immediately contacted support best way I could, which was through chat. They had me troubleshoot it, which I did to no avail. I requested for the item to be exchanged and up to this date (6 days after), I still have no way to exchange my item without me incurring significant additional cost which, being that this wasn't my fault, it's beyond ridiculous. They also took forever to respond to either email or chat. Out of desperation, I contacted the nearest store to me (which didn't even know was there but found it on Apple Maps), and Bobby answered. He was so polite from the beginning. I gave him a brief explanation of the situation and told me to come in. On the phone, he said he didn't know if he could do anything because I had purchased the item online but that he would take a look at it. I came in the store and come to find out the diffuser I was sent was an old model (I had also asked the customer service rep why the one I received was different than the one on my order and she had said it was because it was the NEWER model. Obviously lied). Bobby tried out the diffuser and he confirmed it was defective. Given that it was the old model, I figured there was nothing he could do at that point but to my surprise he gave me a replacement immediately. It was such a kind gesture. I will recommend your store to everyone I know. Thank you so much, Bobby! (Believe it or not, I made the story short). Rossana

If your looking to buy a gift this is the perfect place Gina , has helped me with so many birthdays, Christmas, and a wedding gift but the best surprise happened I found my favorite perfume scent and it’s is amazing so fresh and clean , I have been getting so many compliments on this perfume, there all amazing but my favorite is the Red
