This is a liquor store like no other. As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello! I was amazed at the inventory selection this quaint liquor store has. In addition, the owner Joe is a gem. Extremely knowledgeable on all the products he carry’s and then some. The customer service and genuine concern for my needs was beyond my expectations. If they didn’t have it in stock, no worries. Joe would be able to get what I needed the next day! His selection of Fine wine and liquors cannot be found anywhere. If there is a vintage wine, scotch, champagne, tequila etc Scottie’s will get it for you. If you haven’t visited Scotti’s don’t wait any longer!

Joe is a fantastic resource of knowledge and help. He chooses an item based on your wishes and not his needs. Great to chat with and hear his experiences. Always pop in when I'm in the area.

I recently needed a gift of a hard to find bottle of bourbon. Joe was amazing! He found it within an hour and quickly got back to me. When I arrived to this charming shop to pick it up it was gift wrapped in a cute bag and ribbon too. I call that exceptional customer service. Something I think you wouldn’t get with a big box store. They have a fabulous selection of wines too. Scotti’s Wine & Liquors certainly is a gem in Palm Beach!!!

Everyone at Scotty’s is always friendly and accommodating. They always have the best fine wines that are typically hard to find, Their selection is the BEST!!! I had to order Champaign for a client that was unique and rare, they were able to get for me and delivered to my client promptly. Jon is beyond professional with his delivery services at Scotty’s .

I spoke with Joe today to send a couple of bottles of expensive Pino Noir to a gentleman celebrating his 90th Birthday..... WOW What a fabulous experience! I'm in New Jersey and Brother-in-Law is in Lantana but they made this seamless and easy. Recommended two wonderful bottles, boxed them, and did fine wrapping.....They arranged for a delivery; even though; its outside their service area, got a card for me and enclosed it. I just wish I was closer, they'd be my permanent store. Highly, highly recommend they are fabulous.

I have visited many similar stores and Scotti's is by far the most customer friendly and they have a wide selection, and even able to get hard to find wines upon request. Thank you Scotti's!
