My children gave me the best birthday present ever This store went beyond my dreams. I was able to design my own dress. With champagne in my hand and the best advice ever. The whole crew was amazing. So many dreams came true walking into the store! I have never been inside an actual Lilly Pulitzer store and it was so much fun to see the vibrant colors and patterns all throughout the store! The service was very nice and I enjoyed working with the woman that we did. Their selection is smaller than what they have online and I was sad to see some of the pieces that I saw online not in the store. However there was a wide variety of things that I hadn’t seen before! The dressing rooms are towards the back of the store and are very big and spacious! There are also sitting areas back there which makes things more comfortable.

Such a great experience for an out of town Lilly fan! The staff were all helpful and friendly. They even gave my fiancee a beer to drink while he waited.

The reviews talking about poor customer service just didn’t match my experience at all. I was greeted upon walking in, and the associate offered me a fitting room and a beverage within 5 minutes of my looking around (and my husband finding a chair 😂). After shopping for a while, I interacted with 3 of their staff, and all of them were so sweet. I ended up having to return later in the day to exchange a gift I purchased for a different size, and there were still smiling faces abounding. I’m no one special, but they made me feel important as we discussed our love for Lilly.

Since this is the flagship store, I thought it might be a bit snooty. Not at all, my wife and daughter were treated like royalty. Beautiful store and awesome young ladies there. Thanks for making our FL trip!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I look forward to coming here each time we are in town. The girls here are so helpful and friendly and take care of me. They got me a dressing room right away and even got me a glass of wine! Found a beautiful dress that fits me so well and I can’t wait to come back next time we are in Palm Beach!

Kendal is fantastic!
I called from Sarasota, Florida trying to track down a pink Laylani denim jacket in my size. Kendal found one in Nantucket and another in Hawaii. Kendal arranged for delivery to my home. She was extremely pleasant and efficient. Excellent customer service! Thank you Kendal!

As I a Lilly lover I can say... you have not lived until you have been to the mothership! The girls were all so kind & helpful. I enjoyed making my custom clutch which is GORGEOUS and truly did not take as long as I expected. The selection here is the best of them all, of course! We will be back!
