The hotel is gorgeous! . The rooms, hotel lobby, hallways, chandeliers and bathrooms are all beautifully decorated! The restaurant is top notch service. There are no negatives to staying here. This was our fist visit and we were treated like royalty. Will go back again for sure!

This resort and spa is truly a hidden gem! It is its own oasis. Everything you need (and want) is on property. The staff is well seasoned and falling over themselves to accommodate your every wish. Eau has everything you could possibly want in a resort: location, beautiful property, world class dining, beach front, pool area with full service and private cabanas, and so much more. It is welcoming to families and provides privacy for adults. The spa area is beyond words. The ambience, choice of options, outdoor area, dining, scrub bar, hydro spa and services are some of the best I have ever experienced. Something for everyone here and it is all done well!

I was part of the planning team for a wedding this past weekend. I just want to say how amazing Donna was in guest services. The service she provided to our multiple requests for the bridal party was incredible. Thank you Donna! Blair was also incredible to work with!

This place is an actual dream. My younger brother works there and wanted to show us the place, and blessed us with a room for a couple of days while we were in town for his FAU graduation ceremony. When I say everyone in the property smiles and is so friendly to all guests, I mean it! The property is gorgeous, so luxurious, and I would gladly stay there a million times over! The view of the ocean from our balcony made me teary-eyed. The staff will get you whatever you need and have a smile and a good attitude doing it. Thank you, Eau Family, for making my mother, sister and I feel so welcome. Y'all are incredible! I'll absolutely be back!

I went to Eau as a new mother of twins for a day and night of relaxation and self care. I am still blown away by the beauty of the resort and the thoughtful and caring staff! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, every staff member I came into contact with gave a warm greeting and was eager to help make my stay perfect! I wish I could call out everyone by name, but there are a few who I would like to thank. Thank you Ann in the Eau spa for the most incredible hot stone massage. Her service was above and beyond. She was so attentive to my needs as a new mom with sore muscles from caring for twins!! Thank you Blaise for such kind service at Breeze. It was a very busy day, and he apologized many times for the smallest wait on drinks/food (though I was perfectly content enjoying the view and amazing weather). Thank you to the front desk staff, who so thoughtfully surprised me with a sweet gift for the twins! Thank you Pedro for the most friendly in-room dining service! He was so kind to set up my food on the patio, so I could enjoy the lovely weather! And finally, Thank you Jason for the kind send off very early this morning!! I was in tears when I left over how lovely they made my little getaway! I will be returning, hopefully soon!!

The resort is incredible, but their staff is the true star of our trip. They were extremely accommodating!! We also enjoyed a spa treatment. Shout out to YASMIN and SHAE; they provided deep-tissue massages called The Muscle Melter, and WOW 😮 they delivered! Thank you! We will be back sooner rather than later.

Perfection! The rooms are outstanding, the "Club Lounge" was wonderful. The property is so well maintained and cared for. There seems to be among the staff at all levels an attitude of "excellence" and it's not phony or put on, they genuinely care about each guest, at each of our interactions with staff we were treated like VIP's. The staff go well beyond anything we have ever experienced at any other hotel or resort. I wish there was a button with MORE than 5 Stars to choose.

Top notch service, lovely location and we witnessed a wonderful wedding there. The only issue we had was that the shower was smaller than today's standards and the wall paper was a bit psychedelic. However, if you want to be treated you're a King, Queen, Prince or Princess, this is the place to stay.

Had brunch at my favorite spot on the ocean! It’s a must stop when I have friends in town or just want a great meal and a few drinks on the ocean. Food is great and service is always the best. Erica is my go to server! She’s super attentive, always a lot of fun and keeps my mimosa full!! She’s the best!!!

The perfect location for a beautiful, relaxing getaway. Staff members were plentiful and so pleasant and helpful. The food at both restaurants we visited was perfect. The rooms were pleasantly decorated with sweet accommodations and special touches for the children.

I have stayed in the finance resource from Maui to New York City. The independent family group that owns this hotel currently is doing amazing job of going above and beyond first class everything included. Overwhelming kindness and warmth throughout the staff sometimes you just can't pay for that. Must come from upper management.

Hotel rooms are spectacular. These are clearly cared for, clean, comfy and superb service.

The staff from the second you pull up to valet are impeccable with a ton of care ensuring check in is smooth and seamless.

The pool is amazing, could rent a cabana for the day, have local friends join, and enjoy the pool, beach and sun.

The spa is the best in south Florida as it’s a true experience and not just a massage and leave. Garden for lunch and other amenities inside to enjoy as well.

Restaurant on the beachside is incredible and sometimes join for lunch even when not staying at the property.

This is our favorite relaxing getaway when coming down to FL from NYC for a few weeks!

This place is heaven on earth! I received a day at the spa as a gift, and wow!! Best gift ever! It started with a glass of champagne and a wish. My masseuse Patrick was polite and charming and had magical hands… My aesthetician Amelia was sweet and educated me on the best treatments for my skin. Lunch at Savor was just what I needed until my next treatment…. My manicurist. Stubbs was a delight…. We laughed and chatted like best friends. Cali is a superstar! she went over and beyond throughout the day to make sure I was having a great time, she even stayed after her shift was over and helped me with my scrub kit. The staff here are truly gems. I will definitely be back one day hopefully when it’s not raining so I can enjoy the garden .

Omg the spa was AH-MAZING!!! Isabella was my masseuse and was the best massage I’ve ever had. It was an experience not just a massage place. Beautiful sights, smells, and tasty snacks and water. Beautiful relaxing spots. I highly recommend this! The price is steep but well worth it and you won’t regret it!

My kids gifted us a Spa Day, at Eau Palm, & we felt like royalty for the day! The massages were so relaxing, with lavendar oil, & a taste of honey. Cupcakes, champagne & hot tea are offered, & you can sit in a hot tub with falling rain or on heated lounge chairs. In the courtyard, you can lounge on beds or nap in swings around sweet sounding water streams. You are welcome to stay there in the spa area all day until 8pm. The only thing I did not expect, is that we were not allowed in the pool area, & we were treated like street people in the outdoor restaurant, without being hotel guests. We were not allowed to sit at any of tables & were seated on couches, even though there were over 20 tables open.

Sue is the best at the outside bar! My mom had Parkinson's sons and staff always treats her so well, welcoming her and helping her with doors and any mobility needs she has The valet guys are so nice Jason, Sergio, and hunter always go above and beyond to help my disabled mom. Service is always immaculate and the design and view is unbeatable the best!
