Best Buy

I purchased these three appliances in October 2022. I am very pleased with them. Best Buy installed using a third-party installer and they were great. I have no complaints now I just need to get a refrigerator lol

Great location great sales people, had a sale on appliances installation included good sales person . The sales person name was Dillon very knowledgeable. We spent about 30 to 45 minutes finding out what would go with my kitchen that we picked on this particular brand. Then Dillon walked me through the process of the sale which included all the perks at a price of course. Total savings was excellent Labor Day sale.

The staff was swamped and they were out of my first choice of laptop, but the reps there worked with me to find a better laptop at a better price and everyone was very kind and patient with me even though I was in a bad mood. Lots of great movies in stock. Some good deals on complete show series box sets, like Parks and Rec and The Office. Very busy location. Probably partially due to the season. Thanks, guys!

Christian at the geek squad was so awesome and helpful! I smashed the screen of my phone and he was able to work his magic and help maneuver the screen still so I could get it fixed. Very nice and knowledgeable. Also a big shout out to the guy in the TV section, I didn't end up getting our TV there..but he still was very informative and nice enough to take the time to help us out and go into detail about the differences. I don't remember his name, but he's a big star wars fan. Thank you both for your excellent customer service!

I visited the store looking to purchase a laptop. Xavier helped me find the perfect laptop and walked me through all payment options. He was knowledgeable and thorough. The store was clean and there were so many people offering help. Great experience overall!

This Best Buy store was well staffed which was really nice because I was able to get thorough and helpful answers to all my questions. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. They actually have many 'open box' deals which of course means savings for the consumer. All the 'open box' items are conveniently placed in 1 location so you don't have to search from them throughout the store. They also had pretty good deals on new items.

Thank you! Thank you Michael for being such a wonderful and honest person when you sold the HP laptop computer to my husband. We had a horrible experience at the Portsmouth Blvd location with the salesperson who constantly said, "To be honest with you" which made us feel like any other day you would lie. So what? We caught you on a BE HONEST AND DON'T LIE day? On top of that, he was trying to get us to buy a higher-priced laptop. Not Michael (Greenbrier location), he answered all our questions, Michael cared and he listened to our wants and needs. I must say, we had our laptop for a week and we are so satisfied.😌 KUDOS to Michael. Thank God there are still some HONEST people in this world.

The guy in electronics was very helpful. I purchased my son a gaming laptop. The associate was just perfect. He educated me on the systems, I just wished I remembered his name.

I was looking for a power cord for my tv. Instead of walking all around today. I spoke with a young lady at the customer service desk today who was extremely helpful. Great customer service!

If I could give this Best Buy at this location I would give them a 10 star. The professional service they provide is outstanding and helpful advice on the products they sell is great as well as the knowledge that they have especially KJ that helped us make the right choice on a Samsung TV which we love.

I crashed my Spark drone at Christmas of 2022 (a tree) and the DJI Mini 4 Pro, which I was eagerly following, is sold at Best Buy. DJI controls the pricing tightly so it was available at Amazon and Best Buy for the same price. Once I decided to make the purchase, I simply drove to Best Buy. I have shopped here for 30 years, having bought TV's and computers and you-name-it. The associate who helped me was enthusiastic and attentive. He found the right drone (with fly-more options) and rang me up in the back of the store so I didn't have to wait. The drone is fantastic and the buying experience was perfect.

I just purchased a Samsung - 65" Class Q60C QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV from Best Buy in Greenbrier, Chesapeake Virginia. I just want to say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time! Our sales representative Devin was OUTSTANDING! In a sea of technical specs, Devin is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous! This man deserves a raise and promotion! He made our night. The TV was easy to set up and the picture, quality of build and overall design is AWESOME! Go see Devin if you’re in the market for a new TV and want an enjoyable experience! Excellent variety. Found exactly what we needed. The service was outstanding every time I went to the store. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

Got what we wanted, delivery date was set. Came on time. Great delivery guys, very professional. We had a terrible experience with the refrigerator from another store which we finally were able to return for refund. Best Buy made a promise and delivered. Restored my faith in retail. I love my brand new working correctly GE refrigerator.

Easy to replace my glass screen protector that was under warranty.
Waiting time is acceptable.

Went in to buy a dishwasher, which was accomplished, and had an informative discussion with the Samsung rep about the upcoming phones. I was there at just the right time and just the right people to assist.
