The UPS Store

The store assistants were friendly, kind and quickly attended to my needs. They made me feel like a valued customer as soon as I walked in the store needing to ship an item in the mail.

Every time I visit this location, everyone is so friendly, happy and efficient!! Not only to myself, but every customer is greeted with pleasantries no matter how busy they are.

It is obvious that exceptional Customer Service is everyone’s priority 🙏🏽🙌🏽‼

This is my favorite UPS location and it's all because of Karen. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient. She always helps me understand my shipping options!

My English is not the best, I’m learning the language and in that store they have always been understanding and very kind to me.

Jessica was extremely helpful with my transaction. She suggested all options available to me and allowed me to chose the best fit. I appreciated her patience and the help she gave to get my documents sent securely to another State.

Very friendly and helpful employees! They were patient when things weren't go as smoothly as I had wished.

I was there this morning and it was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. I failed to get the young ladies name that helped me but she was truly awesome.

I love this store. The staff is always helpful and nice. I had one lost item and they have helped me file a claim and were very apologetic. Vishal showed me how to use my frequent shipper card to gain rewards. I will continue to use this location for all my packing and shipping needs.

Went for fingerprint identification. Over and over and over again, the computer was not excepting my prints. Karen the clerk on duty, did not give up on me. Even in a busy store, she made time for me to assist with my fingerprinting issues. I wish there were more Karens like this Karen around. Although the manager on duty was polite, if it was left up to him, he would have allowed me to leave the store without getting my fingerprints completed😊😣

This UPS store is awesome! Never had any issues with the clerks at the desk. They are always eager to help and assist with questions and drop offs that I have. Been coming to this one for a while and Vishal is always friendly and so helpful! Thanks, Vishal!

I had the most AMAZING experience at store 2721! Vishal went above and beyomd to ensure that my prints were completed on the best paper, with excellent sheen. I had a large print order for a funeral as well as poster boards for welcome signs. Karen was so accommodating by taking care of all of the other customers while Vishal dealt with my order. I am pleased with my service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Vishal went above and beyond expectations. Greeted me with a warm smile, was friendly and helpful when my laminated sheets didn't come out right he offered to fix them! I will come back because of his outstanding customer service.

I had to have fingerprints but all other places are not doing them so this was the nearest one for me (35 min drive). When I entered the store there were two employees working but one immediately went to the back and I thought, great, I’ll be here for a few hours. Surprisingly the line moved very quickly. Nicole knows how to keep the flow moving. I mean she kept shifting from cashier to fingerprinting to whatever else needed to be done. It was impressive to see her move the customers in and out of the store. I was there 30 mins tops. Would come here if I needed fingerprints again. It was worth the drive.

Definitely my UPS store of choice! I always come here for anything I need because it is closest to my house and they have friendly faces. I never feel rushed (unless there are rude customers judging how many amazon returns i have) but the employees are the best!

I was having a horrible day and I came in this store and Jessica made my fingerprinting process so easy!!! She really made my day with helping me and her kindness. The manager is awesome as well!!!

Nick did a awesome job when I came in today! Helped me with all my many questions lol. 4-6 people coming in at once and the phone ringing and he just checking everybody out and handling the phone in a professional manner. Great. Thank you Nick ! Btw this what in the morning time.

I had a hard time doing my fingerprints,the gentleman and women working there were GREAT,he explained what I needed to do and when it still wasn't working he actually stood by me and put his hand over mine when needed and in today's world you just can't get that kind of service, they were polite and even funny,so now this will b my ups store even with it being out of my way,Nice store,Great people

This store consistently provides excellent customer service. Nicole is a lifesaver and always goes above and beyond. I've boxed/shipped packages, and printed out documents with ease at this store location. I'm beyond satisfied with my customer experience.
