After having horrible customer service over the phone, I went to the store on O'Neal. The representative, a young man named Serente provided excellent customer service. He was the only one working but was able to help myself and another customer. He solved my problem and now I'm at home and happy!

The young man doing my rather complicated transaction of two ports plus a new line did a fine job. He was working alone and swamped with customers, but he kept his head and took care of all of us with courtesy and poise. My transfers went through without a hitch. This is at&t but waaaaaaaaaaaay cooler....i wish i could work for cricket cus i dont even get signal on my awesome at&t smartfone.... Even wen im standing in an at&t building i cant even get enough signal to paperless pay my own bill...im pretty sure i hear crickets now heheheheh
