Sam's Club

Purchased a new pair of prescription eye glasses. I was very satisfied with customer service and the helpfulness of the person behind the counter: took her time making us comfortable, gave use help with frame styles, and the final sales was a good price.

I like this Sam's. always go there to buy my food. if the help isn't exceptional as a local guide well do our best! we don't need that negative workers there. we buy, we are the boss! negative customers need to chill the tone too!

Cheap prices for bulk items, it’s a must go if you shop bi weekly like I do

It was fine but after checking yourself out there was a big line at the door where a gentleman was checking receipts, NO! If you don't trust us then bring the cashiers back, I will not wait in a line, very disappointed.

Love the scan & shop app. I just wish it didn't forget me when I don't go to Sam's for a month. Again, I had to enter all my information in order to use the scan & shop, very annoying... It would be easier to just go through the check out

I love Sam's club. Great prices on fruit and dairy for sure! Watch for instant savings deals and you can save a lot on purchases.

One of the down sides to Sams club is their check out lines; how long they are and how long it takes to get through them. If you download the Sam's club app (scan & go) it makes it so you don't have to go through the checkout line! Just scan the product barcode as you put it into your cart, submit the payment through the app, let them scan your receipt on your phone as you exit, and you are good to go!!

It's clean and I like the display and the updates of new or discounted items. My number one gas station

Well, I can tell you on a day like today, Saturday, it is absolutely phenomenal to have the SamsClub app on your phone so that you can shop, enter everything on your cell phone, pay for it, and walk to the exit where they scan the code that your personal register has provided you. Selection was good. Employees were friendly in the store all in all a wonderful experience. Thank you so much.

Sam's Club is great. the employees are very helpful and polite. The store in its self is clean and very well organized which makes shopping easier. The pharmacy employees are awesome. And very helpful and explain everything. The only problem I had today was that in the meat section the meat bins won't filled and I wasn't able to get the meat that I came out there for.

Update: there typically long lines at checkout. I HIGHLY suggest using their app, scan items as you grab them, pay, skip the check out line and head straight to the front to have check your QR code and scan a few items from your cart to make sure nothing was missed.

Curbside Pickup is always fast and courteous. Had a holiday grocery order pickup the day before Christmas Eve with the temperature hovering somewhere around -4 with a -28 windchill. I felt terrible putting someone through that for my convenience so I inquired about the ability to tip the man who came out with my cart full of items. The gentleman, who turned out to be the store manager (kudos to you sir for helping wherever was needed!!) informed me that Sam's has a no tipping policy, but that he appreciated my appreciation. I have so much respect for retail staff, especially this time of year. So thank you Sam's Club in Fridley for being awesome!!

What a time saver especially today (good Friday) busy day but no worries here ! I don’t know how it compares to cost co but I’m lovin this place.

I really like that the Fridley Sam's Club has diesel fuel. More Sam's Clubs should offer this option!

Good prices for staples, fruit and vegetables.

Prefer Sam's over the other warehouse club. Sam's seems to have better pricing and Scan-N-Go is wonderful.

It’s easy to get through this store in my power wheelchair with its wide aisles, and it’s always neat and orderly, even with so many people coming through. I’ve never found a better price on chicken, and the deals throughout are worth the membership. I try to come first thing in the morning to avoid crowds, plus I use scan and go to pay on my phone app.

My one gripe with Sam’s is the gas attendant never does anything. There was an altercation yesterday at the pump between two people with screaming, yelling, hand gestures, but no attendant. Lines were long and this was right at the pump. This could have been a safety issue. But even other times when someone obviously needs help, no one comes out to help. Or why are so many pumps closed off so often rather than fixed? Does the attendant even tell anyone there is a problem?

I still give 5 stars to Sam’s because I’m not including the gas station in that part.

I really don't know where to begin. But I want make this a long story. However I wS in Sam's today
11-10-20 i thought I locked myself out my car. I went back in the store not knowing what to do i went right over to the tire shop and there she was Natasha! I always make sure to take the time to share my good service experiences and this was truly one of those moments! She made my day! Just her whole Presence made me feel so happy. With everything going on in the world its nice to know we still have good people in it!! NATASHA thank you so much for being you. I will also be calling to the store to speak with her manager, just to take this experience a little further. She didn't know i had just had to ask Kelly (one of her co workers) for help and she did nothing to help me. God works things out for all his kids!

It was very busy and long lines as normal, but the cashier had a smile in her face and was patient with everyone.

They were very well stocked and they were working hard to keep the shelves stocked. It was great to get everything I needed then some!

Sam's club sure has changed over the years. For the good. We don't like the neighborhood it's in but.we risk it.lol. Went in for our vitamins and spent like another 100 dollars. Had things we didn't even know they had.
