Home Depot has always been a great store. It's hard to find people to help you sometimes but it's worth the wait. 😌 The more important the project is to you, the more patience you should practice!! There is awesome parking space. 😁 This place is wheelchair accessible or friendly. It has an Express card or debit line. It also has a self-service line.
I also love this place because if you have to use the restroom during your most likely lengthy shopping experience here (unless you know exactly what it is that you want and exactly where it's at😳) there is a bathroom for your emergency personal visit to the bathroom.

Ashley Khan is amazing. One of the best associates in retail. She is very knowledgeable and takes her time to understand you and helps you every step of the way find anything you need.

I bought several kitchen appliances and was assisted by a very patient and professional sales representative. Donna was super knowledgeable about all of the products and answered all of our questions. We had a great experience at Hime Depot.

They usually have everything unlike other home depots I've been too, even if they have to ship to the store it's really quick.

I mean we can build everything and literally build a house here! Staff always willing to help and the price is good for the quality of products they sell.

My aunt wanted to start her garden she asks me if I can take her to home depot. I said sure I went along with her I was watching her how she was picking up her beautiful flowers to put them together to decorate her home in Front she also picked up some vegetables to plant in the back yard. I had amazing time with her as for home depot the customer are amazing. They have lots of different plans you can choose from and great prices

Went to buy 40 bags of decorative stone at rockaway blvd home depot. I was amazed by the awesome customer service George the forklift operator and his partner provided. He was very busy but told me exactly what to expect. It only took 6 minutes after paying for him to arrive to help.

CARMEN from hardware was very pleasant, polite, and helpful. Needed to find a very unique lock and she found it for me in seconds. Overall this store has very long lines 100% of the time but Carmen made my visit here worthwhile. She even advised me on how to find the other items I need that will fit perfectly. Thank you Carmen

I have never been so impressed with a home improvement store in my life. The store was organized and had everything I needed fully stocked. The employees were friendly and above and beyond helpful. I needed a lot of wood cut to very specific sizes which they stayed after closing to help me with.

Walked into the Home Depot store knowing I had to order a few things, but was not sure exactly what I wanted, and the young lady Krystal at the service desk was very helpful, kind, and respectful, took the time to help me find what I needed. Made my shopping experience here great. Need more associates that are helpful like her. Thank you Krystal. Will be shopping at this location more often

Very helpful staff, nice, clean and orderly store. I wish my neighborhood Home Depot was like this but unfortunately that's not the case. I would definitely recommend the trip to South Ozone Park if you want good service and the items you need in stock. A++++

With leaders like Hiacynth at this store, HD's business is in good hands. Just had the pleasure to interact with her yet again, and it was just that, a pleasure. She took control of a customer service opportunity- a veey long check-out line - and made it effeciently resolved. She is a leader that leads with silent, and decisive action.

Best place to get your tools and supplies. Also, plants and flowers! Great for Christmas decorations and Halloween too. All around great place for whatever you need.

My mom went to Home Depot yesterday and I was ready for her to give me a list of complaint about there customer service but she ended up telling me about a gentleman named Carlos who was extremely helpful and kind. She mentioned that although they had to communicate with hand gestures and Google because my mom doesn’t know sign language he was able to figure out exactly what she needed. He took the time (and to be honest it wasn’t too long maybe 7 minutes she said) for him to figure out exactly what she needed. And I have to mention she had gone twice before interacted with other people and left with the wrong light bulb because nobody took the time to really understand what she needed. Thank you Carlos for your effort in actually helping my mom with what she needed. I appreciate you. I’ve had pretty good interactions in this Home Depot but this one seemed special and wanted to share. Thank you Carlos !

Luana is such a great worker. She handled the line so efficiently and kept a smile on face even though my pick up order was delayed and I had to go get the items from the aisle myself. Also, they're hiring, please see photo if interested.

This is a great Home Depot.The staff is FRIENDLY and helpful.All types of folks shop here.The store does a huge business almost every day and they are stocked again the next day.Customer service is professional and kind.
Tons of non aggressive day laborers and skilled workers in parking lot leaving their litter.
The HD does a good job keeping it clean but they would need 3/4 workers 12 hrs a day to keep up with the SLOBS who linger here.
Don t let these slobs keep you from entering the store, they are very docile just just looking for work.
