CVS

I love CVS, the employees are very helpful, everything is easy to find. The store is very clean. I always find what I need at a good price.

I do not understand the poor reviews. I have been coming to this CVS for 12 years. They are all helpful and wonderful people. Never a problem with my scripts. By the time I get home from leaving the doctor's office the medicine is already in their system and ready to pick up. When I'm looking for something in the aisles it's either the manager or other employee eager to assist.

My most recent experience was excellent. My overall experience was wonderful, thanks in large part to an employee by the name of Joe and Eddie. They provided excellent customer service and represents this company CVS really well. Joe is a great overall manager and Eddie is a good manager, he’s always knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to products and their availability. Eddie goes above and beyond to make customers have a great experience. I never used CVS pharmacy so I cannot say how good or bad the experience is. I look forward to always shopping at CVS.

March 2023 update to review
To be honest I shop at CVS quite often and although Joe is a great manager he can come off as a jerk sometimes but you can’t let that get to you. For example I went in store to look for an item to be exact it was Womens pads, there was a promotional deal, spend $30 get $10, there’s tags on a few items of the same brand however the item I choose didn’t have a tag so I was unsure if it was apart of the promotion. Joe happens to be right there and I asked him if it was all items included he said “no the tag says participating items only.” So I said to Joe I understand it says participating items only but at the same time it also says for all poise. Now when you say “ALL” I am under the impression it means all types and varieties so how is it also only participating items. He went on and on and on about it making me feel as I am dumb and can’t read that it says “participating items only.” I didn’t listen to him and took the item to the register and it was apart of the promotion. My point is he doesn’t even know himself clearly. Maybe he has too much on his plate.

A lot has been changing at this store especially the staff. As for my experiences with staff DWAYNE AND NADEEM are the only two that has been very helpful and knowledgeable with products in the store. Even if they are busy they are very professional about it. For example, sometimes there’s not enough ppl working in the evening There’s another man working there and seems like there’s a language barrier that’s very frustrating but luckily for Nadeem he fixes the concerns and questions. Eddie and Nazareth were great but seems like they do not work here anymore.

I was pleasantly greeted by Joe. He pointed out some special sale offers and asked me if I needed assistance. There was a long line at pharmacy. It moved and I got what I needed. An item I was thinking of purchasing was on sale. I do miss the weekly circular and I think CVD is making a mistake by not printing it

The cute new worker with the beard, Greg, is the NICEST and most helpful worker in the store. He helped me every step of the way and made me feel taken care of. I came here last week with my grandmother and he was incredibly kind and helped us both. 10/10 BEST employee there. Will be returning!

New store manager is great ! So is staff , I was very impressed with their high energy, friendly manner , helpfulness!! They all seem to be very hard working & caring about the customers!! Very Impressed !

The acting manager Kenny went way out of his way to assist me with my order. Bogo was the deal but there was no duplicates for the vitamins I needed. He was able to work it out definitely to my satisfaction. He is only an acting manager, but definitely deserves to be made permanent.

Specially the costumer service is great and good ,,an even I left my cell phone in a shopping cart and trust me I request if some one find a cellphone and they said YES ,,honest worker ,,,Thank u CVS. 😀😀😃😄😁😆

Very helpful and friendly pharmacy personels....as always picked up my prescriptions with no issue...Great team...

I like them they give me my info at the pharmacy and my medicine, I'm in and out fast most of the time
