Party City

This store always has helpful staff members, who are patient and hard working. I came in early to pick up my balloons and they weren’t done yet-but they got them done for me so speedy quick. I know I was early but they were so nice about it and so polite and apologized for my wait which was no trouble. Very large selection of decor for Fortnite theme party, so I’m thankful for that.

I just really want to shout out the manager who drove all the way to our home in New Baltimore to personally deliver our balloons after the uber driver bailed. I was so grateful for his excellent service and really wanting to make sure our party was great! So incredibly thankful for him (literally) going the extra mile. I forget his name (Brian maybe?) but I could thank him a million times! THANK YOU!

Party city is always my go to when it come to party needs or just random things. It's fairly cheap when it comes to having balloons blown up. I had a couple balloons that my friend bought on line and had blown up in the store they didn't have a wait time and they did a great job. Party supplies are great to either get in store or online and they come quick as well. If u need any thing Party related go to party city u won't be disappointed.

Have placed two online orders for balloons recently during curbside-only, and had very fast and efficient experiences. Email notifications seem a little wonky (was informed at 9 a.m. that part of my order was picked up) but the order was correct on pickup. Team is very kind. This is my go-to PC!

Anna at the registers was sooo incredibly nice and helpful!!! I changed my balloon selection 3x and she was so kind, patient, and understanding!! She even showed me the selection for Eid & Ramadan!! I have never seen that before and it’s super exciting :) You don’t get customer service as amazing as that anymore! I absolutely love party planning and because of the pleasant experience here I will definitely return!

Austin and another young man with sandy brown hair, were extremely nice and helpful! I do feel bad about the way they were treated by certain uptight customers as we were looking at the costume wall. Great service and nice young men!

I bought some balloons and party supplies. The helium lasted, and the party favors kept the kids busy. And they have been a reliable location for us in several last minute trips! No complaints.

Gets a little crowded at times, but staff keeps the line moving fast...I dont visit here often but staff always seem to remember me from my last visit and always gives me complete customer satisfaction each and everytime. Great service and large array/assortment of specialty items-always a surprise on what you can find here!
