I was a little wary given some reviews I've seen for other UPS Stores, but I had a really pleasant experience. Went to drop off some Amazon returns and was in and out in probably no more than five minutes, and the clerk who helped me was very friendly and personable. Will definitely use this location again in the future.

Very nice and efficient guys working tonight! They got my package all prepped to send while I focused on emailing in my return label, then they had the label printed and attached to the package before I had a chance to tell them it had sent. Thanks!

Went to the UPS store this morning to have a larger item shipped. Scott was patient, personable, walked me through options for my shipment so I could make the best decision. Happy this location is so close to my work. If needing a shipping option other than just to drop off an Amazon return, I highly recommend this store.

Highly recommend! I Contacted Kevin about picking up, packing and shipping a couple of items from a local auction. Feel comfortable knowing that his team will take care of your item(s) with great professionalism. Items were picked up quickly, extremely well packed and then promptly shipped. The employees at this UPS store are very helpful and polite. I bought a UPS mailbox for my small business, which took a good chunk of time because of the process, but during that time the employee and I chatted about Harry Potter and Hunger Games--he made a potentially dull experience entertaining.

Since then, I've called every few days to ask if I have any mail because I'm expecting something and it's a long drive for one piece of mail. They promptly check my box and let me know that, "No, ma'am nothing today." Which is sad. But they're nice.

This is a great store and I'm happy to do business with them.

Such a great store. Run by a great group of friendly, nice staff. Always a pleasure to go in there and get help when mail packages. The local post office is like a small version of Hell so I will gladly go to this UPS Store, pay a bit more for fast, friendly, convent service.

Small store in strip mall w Schnucks as anchor store, next door to an urgent care on southwest corner of Manchester Rd at Brentwood Blvd. Sell shipping supplies & have 2 photocopiers and PO boxes.

Very very helpful staff. Friendly. Never been a wait when I have gotten there 5:30 pm.

Open until 6:30 pm but the UPS pickup is 6 pm - so get there before 6 if you want it to be on UPS truck that day. Only 1 UPS pickup per day. (Typical).

UPS appears to have faster and more reliable deliveries than USPS. I have used this location to ship blood & urine to vet labs in MI & IN. Got to MI in 2 days, IN by the following day with just regular service. Arrived day they suggested. (USPS took 5 days to IN- 2 days longer than they estimated- so now do UPS for more timely deliveries)

I am giving this 5 stars for great customer service by Tim at this location. I had many questions about international shipping, and he took the time really educate me, and to help find the best shipping option for me. Thank you for your help! :)

Was returning ATT Uverse equip. for an elderly friend. I had no idea what I needed to do. (Which I dont like) lucky for me the answer was nothing. The Young Lady who helped me took care of everything including recycling of items that did not get shipped back. I wish I would have gotten her name, as she deserves much praise. 10 Stars for her. Great group, wonderful customer service. Went above and beyond on a framed poster they wrapped for me. I originally gave them the wrong address and had to call back and get it corrected....no problem ..it arrived safely and in perfect condition..thank you!

I have been in there multiple times over that last year returning Amazon items. The staff are always kind and smiling. They are patient with my occasionally frazzled mind.

I've used this place several times over the past year and the experience has always been a pleasant one. It's never very busy so I don't have to wait in line. The people have always been friendly and efficient so I can get in and get out.

Amy and the other employees are super nice, professional and helpful! This is the place to go to if you want good service ALL THE TIME!!!!! This group works very well under pressure!!!

I just want to commend Kevin for going above and beyond to locate my daughter's college care package that ended up down the street in a retirement village leasing office! Now that's service!
