AT&T Store

I had a great experience at this AT&T location! Cameron helped get my phone upgraded to the new iPhone 15 and explained all the benefits along with it, as I am not very technology knowledgeable. Cameron was patient through our indecisiveness and answered every question we had so patiently and efficiently. The entire staff was helpful and would pitch in to assist us with the process of getting the phone switched over. Highly recommend this store and Cameron!

I traded in my iPhone 13 for an iPhone 15. Zak, the employee for AT&T who helped me, did a great job in every way. He knew what to do and he was always very friendly in the process.

Karina was amazing! She was patient & very helpful, She was very knowledgeable she tried to solve the issue, & when became an issue with the installation of my phone so she called in her coworker, Nacho and he was found out the problem that neither one of us thot we affect the issue! and now I am up and running. I also bought some accessories & she made sure I got the best deal & I got a great discount just by asking me questions a lot of sales people don’t. . Eilidh was very helpful yesterday on questions about our bill. Had purchased a new phone, removed an old tablet from service and had upgraded our service plan. It takes a while for the online account to reflect all these changes. Eilidh was able to verify that all the changes were in process and would be reflected on our monthly bill along with credits. Best to go to the store and get your questions answered. We recommend Eilidh.

Ignacio was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond helping me on something i thought was very quick to accomplish but took longer than expected due to its complexity. He did this I believe during his lunch hour. This is why people come back to AT&T. Customer for life.

Amazing experience here at this location. Amazing staff and management team! I took my mother to upgrade her to the latest 5G iPhone 12, she had an old iPhone 5. Will be coming back to upgrade her again in the near future. Recommend all AT&T customers to this store.

The sales person was Brianna Duran and was very professional and expertly answered all my questions and then quickly set up my new phone. She has great people skills that made the buying experience an enjoyable experience!

First time customer of ATT, went into the store and was helped by Karina, she was very sweet, made a great connection, answered all my questions and walked me through everything I needed! We came in to change our phone and family plan. Megan was absolutely fantastic - very helpful and professional. We really felt she was on our side and got us the best deal possible. We even got a credit for a trade-in with a phone that had a broken screen. Thanks Megan and good job AT&T

Came in this evening with my kids, we were well taken care of. I felt bad for coming 30 minutes to close but it was the only time we could go in at all, and I needed a phone. I forget the ladies name that took care of us but she was beyond professioal. She was very relational and made our experience great. Even though this location has a 3.2, don't judge it by its rating, because we were taken care of in a remarkable way!

Zac was amazing!!! He was able to help me with my email where no one else was able to at another store.

Daffeny really hooked me up after bad calls with customer service. She helped with replacing a bad AT&T TV box and moving my landline to another device. God Bless her! She treated me with courtesy and care and a sense of humor to boot! I went in mad and came out laughing and smiling.

The staff at this location are by far the best I have worked with. They are very knowledgeable about the products and go the extra mile to make sure the devices are properly configured and functioning perfectly. I have bought many devices from this store and have not had any issues. I wish I could say the same about other ATT stores.

They were on the verge of a one star att prepaid I bought a prepaid card 30 days ago was not able to use it until yesterday lol isn't it ironic so so many representatives hung up didn't call back even caed the phone during activation still left is stuck out but a creepy auto call came in yesterday phone started working I called ask for a credit to no availability today Ms Roseman saved the one star review I was going to give she got my account credited I wonder what they are going to do for the 29 day mishap I paid for this credit already
