Shax's Liquor

I had stopped here since i had great experience at their Denton Location where the new manager Sandy was very nice and friendly. I found out that they have drive through here so drove up to window and asked for price for 750 of tequila - that tall old guy with glasses got mean and irritated and he asked me to come inside because he was busy in very disrespectful and rude manner, while i can see from window that he was busy watching videos and no other people were inside. I just left , didn't buy any.

After a week i stopped by and saw a lady working there and so drove up , she was so nice and humble, her smile and costumer service made my day and changed me from giving a one star to a five star. I want to support these small businesses.

Later on i found out she is the owner, next time i see her i will definitely have a word regarding that old rude man.

I usually come in the night times on Mondays through drive through window, the older guy always takes some time to get me the stuff and sometimes mean , but due to change in my schedule I went there today (Wednesday), I was surprised to see a younger guy there ,who was super fast and very respectful & humble , I know which days to go there now :)

Drive through is fast when young guy with all smiles is there (never asked his name ) He knows exactly what I want and is ready when I get to the window! The owner, Salina is very sweet and soft spoken.
The evening older tall guy knows me well but sometimes is mean and rude and gets irritated , otherwise a best liquor store in town with a drive though !

Have been here twice since we moved to little elm. First time two dudes were there and they were both very helpful and made sure we had what we needed. Second time when my wife went to checkout the owner dude told her that they had a better option of higher quality stuff opposed to the cheap stuff we were trying to get. Not only was it better but it was on sale at the time so it was cheaper. I thought these places try to up sell you not save you money. We will definitely do our shopping here again. To top it all off they also have a drive thru.

Clean, well supplied, and great customer service. The owner is kind and helpful, and the store is located very close to the Union Park community.
