It’s a positive review for the staff and food but a negative review for corporate. Starting off the positive part was the staff are super nice, attentive and keep the food fresh unlike a lot of the other locations I’ve been to so thank you and I’ll be back to this location in the future. For my negative review it’s towards corporate because I Went through the drive through and ordered which was an absolute pain dealing with the AI it’s a turn off I’m gonna avoid it at all costs it’s hard to order if you want to change things up and not quick. Hopefully the managers can take this and use this to figure out if they wanna use the AI or not for taking orders at the drive.

Another delicious stop at this panda location! I stop in twice a week while working and sometimes for dinner. I’ve tried two other locations and the service and staff just don’t hold up to the cross roads location! Plus, the honey sesame chicken is always the best here!

Stopped in during a buy 1, get 1 promotion and it was packed but Maria who was serving most folks handled the pressure professionally and had people moving swiftly.

The food is great as always, I had the rice and orange chicken and it was nice and tasty!

I've never had an issue here! The food is fantastic as always and they give you generous portions for the price! They're always well staffed and very clean inside! Considering the heavy traffic location, I would say they do a great job at getting through orders during peak hours.

As far as Panda Express goes, you CANNOT do better than this location that’s prohibitively far from the metroplex. 💯 I have personally met the manager of this location and she is absolutely superb. 🤩 She is ALWAYS working and she is absolutely obsessed with quality. The employees of this store have ironed shirts. She has dedicated her life to bringing you the perfect orange chicken forever! 🍊 🍗😍 My favorite place for Taiwanese food 🍱

We've ordered food multiple times and never had a problem. Friendly staff and good atmosphere when dining inside. No problems when going through the drive thru either. Very happy they are fairly close to our home!

Not the fastest Panda or greatest customer service. 10 minutes turned into 30 minutes. The 5 stars is for the Manager (Maria? Couldn’t see name tag). She repacked everything and also went to the back to finish cooking what we were missing.

I purchased a gift card for my mom for Mothers Day. I also bought Kung pao chicken with veggies and rice for lunch. Never dissatisfied

Props to Panda for participating in a local school fundraiser. I'm very happy to see businesses, even local versions of large chains participating in the local community. Their participation in the school fundraiser is 100% what brought us into this location for the first time. Even though I haven't been to a Panda in years, I was very pleased with our experience here. We hit the dinner rush so thier food was fresh and hot. The restaurant was very clean and the employees were 100% on point with the friendly reception. I usually don't give these kinds of chains 5 stars because it's hard to make chain food worthy of 5 stars. Food aside, the cleanliness, friendliness, freshness and thier willingness to get involved with the community earns a 5 star from me.

Disclaimer: this is my first and only visit to this store. In the event a future visit doesn't meet to the high expectation I've put on this location, I'll reserve additional reviews as edits, but I'll leave this one because I left there genuinely satisfied on this trip.

This place is clean, the employees are super friendly and the food is delicious! Come and see this location for yourself, and you will experience a team of professionals working quickly and efficiently in a clean environment.

It is 3:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday, probably busier than usual? Either way. I didn’t mind waiting since it wasn’t hard to tell they were getting slammed. All the employee’s seemed to be working hard and Patricia really made sure to take care of us. She apologized and probably gave me more than I was supposed to. Either way she went above and beyond when I was really mad about the cowboys getting blown out by the Colts

Good food and portions, friendly staff, not all Pandas are built the same and this one is above the average line.

The food here is consistently good. The honey walnut shrimp and noodles tasted really good. Thank you for doing such a great job.

It's actually one of the better Pandas I've been to over the years. The orange chicken was almost perfectly crunchy and the chow mein tasted as I expected.

They get my order right every time and the staff is friendly! They keep the line moving really nice and they are pleasant! If ever there is a wait, although usually small, is worth it!
