I have to say that this Starbucks by far has given me the best service I've experienced! I wanted to try out a new coffee on their menu, the barista helped me so much to make my coffee decision which I really appreciate. Most people don't care what you order. They went above and beyond to make sure I liked mine.. really great service and friendly smiling faces! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Omg its my birthday and my barista Ray was nothing but a legit ray of sunshine ☀ customer service was above and beyond even made sure my daughter had her unicorn 🦄 cake pop. We will definitely be back for outstanding service and yummy coffee/dessert

This Starbucks always makes my drink just right and has the friendliest staff. I made the mistake of getting my drink from another location when I knew I would be close to this one later on. Fast forward to me pulling into this drive thru to ask if I could pay for some add ins in a cup to fix my drink from the other location and the Cross Roads store insisted on making me a new drink for free. Superb customer service and barista skills. Thank you!

Although the newer District manager Kali seems to be creating an anti-customer culture in her region, this store still has an established crew that pre-dates her destruction of Starbucks and they are holding it down here despite her terrible management! If you are in the area this is the least Kali-tainted store.

I went inside the crossroads location to pick out an insulated cold cup. I needed to ask a question regarding lids to make a decision. I asked a girl who was passing out samples if she could help. She said she had just started working there but would ask someone for me. She came back & was helpful in helping me decide. I appreciated her kindness!

The local store just opened a few months ago. We have the app and it's really easy to order ahead so you won't need to wait. They are always busy, especially around breakfast and lunch. Our go to order is a Venti Late with almond milk, Venti Caramel Macchiato with skim milk and only two pumps of caramel.
I get the egg white bites hubby loves the lemon pound cake or the cheese danish.

The best thing to happen to me in the Starbucks world is the online ordering. I have learned to like coffee over the years but I am quite inexperienced and very overwhelmed with flavors and all of the choices. The app allows me to make all of my coffee choices without feeling pressured. I end up with the perfect cup of whatever I like each and every time. And...then I just whizz through the drive thru and pick it up in a flash! Service is excellent too.

Your Tuesday morning barista was great! I can be kind of indecisive about coffee because they’re either too strong or too sugary. She made a great recommendation and I loved my drink. She was so patient about it. I love when people make suggestions because sometimes making a choice can be overwhelming with all your choices.

Great service! Raymond took our order and made us feel like we knew each other for ever , he had us laughing all the way through the drive thru to the checkout! Highly recommend !

Staff is always friendly and there's always hot coffee!

Easy in and out at this location, and so far my orders are always correct. Drive up has not been overly busy. Coffee and snacks are exactly like every other Starbucks, which is an excellent reason to go there - you know what to expect.

I love this Starbucks. I'm a Gold Member and so i get the benefit of using the order ahead and the 2 star for 1 dollar days and the other benefit as a free star buck drink as well. anyways the store is very quite and peaceful. its a great place to work and study. the coffee is always sot on and the staff is very helpful.

Always have a great experience at this location. Efficiently get through their long lines when they have one, sweet staff, and my order is always right! I like to order with the app before I come and it makes the process just a bit quicker!

Every Barista here is amazing!! I use the drive through during the week and am always treated with such kindness😁This morning the cold brew machine was down...I know those poor dears have to deal with not having their fix 😱...The barista suggested another drink that would be very similar and I am so happy she did! Think I found my new flavor of the month 😍😁 Thank you Crossroads Starbucks! Keep up the amazing work you do 😁

This location is always on their A game. Pick up in store tends to take longer than the drive through, even when ordering ahead, but other than that, no complaints. The employees are also great.

I gave my order wrong and when I got my coffee I noticed, they sweetly told they could remake my drink and keep the one I had! It was my mistake noy theirs, but they still pleased the customer, so thank y'all so much!!! 9pm

I regularly stop by this location and everyone I’ve encountered is kind / friendly. Any hiccups with orders get resolved without hesitation and they always offer a pup cup for my dog :-)

Almost always consistent, which is a great things these days. Any issues I’ve encountered are always remedied quickly.

You get what you pay for also rings true here. The rewards program alone makes SB’s worth it, but then you take into account all the veterans they hire and and the fact that they provide benefits to part time employees and there aren’t many places that can stand alongside them.
