Was in a hurry and dropped a scratch off and didn't realize It fell outa my coat pocket.lucky a nice lady picked it up and asked was it mine . thank her and on my way .it was a looser. Oh well next time

Convenient for groceries and incidentals, but hard to find an open cashier. Other than in the front of the store, it is hard to find employees for help.

It has everything you possibly need. If you are unable to find something that you are looking for, the walmart employees are very kind and are willing to stop what they are doing and help find what you need. I enjoy shopping here, I find everything I need in one place!

Clean. Food and all around department store. Can buy almost anything here.

Had a recent experience with Gerald in the automotive department that was stellar. I came in after buying a tire online to replace my one that was constantly going flat. First, I accidentally ordered the right tire and he had the right size in stock and would put it on plus do the return of the other tire for me. Then he found me 10 minutes later in the store to say that it was just a small piece of metal that pierced the tire and it would be easier and cheaper to plug the hole instead as the tread was still relatively newer. Instead of paying $141+ the price for putting it on and recycling the old tire, it was $15 for a tire repair and I got my $141 tire refunded to me. He went above and beyond for me and it was incredible. Gerald was awesome and I couldn’t be more gracious for the experience he provided.

A few of the older customer service ladies treat you like a criminal when returning stuff but the girl with green braids is AMAZINGLY COOL 😎

It's walmart, It's either good or bad, this time was good. I got luck this time.

Clean friendly staff wide variety of optins

I went to the photo department for a canvas with multiple photos. Jessica (an employee)helped me and made it easy to do. It turned out absolutely beautiful. I recommend getting photos done there.

There was a man at the check out in Walmart that had to ring up each item Individually and pay with a separate transaction. The cashier was a young girl and it took about 20 minutes if not longer. 2 people before me got upset and shoved out of line to go elsewhere, so I just stood and waited. When I got to the register I told her she did a great job being patient with him and she thanked me.
Instead of rushing him in super high volume traffic at check out, she calmly did every item separately and allowed him to stay in his comfort zone. This employee was so compassionate and strong when others were clearly upset with her patience.
It was so nice to see her identify that he needed his routine and that all abilities are treated with kindness and respect.

I checked out at 15:48:55 on 01/02/2023 at terminal SC010118. I don't know if this helps to identify the kind woman operating the check out but Walmart needs more employees like her. When she realized I had one arm in a sling she apologized for not helping sooner. She commenced to place the bags in my cart. Wow! Now, THAT'S customer service! I wish I had caught her name so that I could give her the recognition she deserved. Only negative.. no towels in family restroom.

Got everything but 1 thing on my list. Picked up an Italian sub, Cole slaw and potato salad. Good quick lunch. Also purchased a bag of spinach to add some to the sub. Everything tasted great! Such helpful employees in the garden department!. Great customer service

First Wal-Mart I have ever been in where I saw the worker's hustling. Also I observed worker's being very helpful and friendly to the customers. I am visiting the area and was very impressed.

I honestly don't have anything negative to say for this visit. We find what we need & what we want. Checking out is quick & there was help right away when we needed it. The garden center is not up to par & their trees are expensive but we still love the beautiful flowers we got & the prices we reduced so that's also a bonus. Hoping you all have a good experience there too!!!

Always love going to wally world!! That's what my family always call it! But always very clean and easy to find anything and is kid friendly and wheel chair accessible! And has pretty much everything and anything your looking for!

I was able to get everything on my list and a few extras. I have a very positive feeling the trip. It was the first time in awhile that me and my daughter had enjoyed some time together. It was fun.
