Exceptional service from the employees, especially Ashley, who greeted me, asked if I needed help finding anything, and answered my questions promptly (after setting aside her task to attend to my question). I noticed that a flyer on a Levi's display stand advertised a special for "Buy 1, get 1 for $1" and I asked Ashley whether that offer still applied. While she noted that the offer was outdated, she communicated the deal would still be honored because it was still displayed on the floor. When I checked out, Ashley was present to ensure that the clerk rang up the deal.

I also rate this as an excellent visit because the rest of the staff I encountered were courteous and helpful. Aisles, display stands, and fitting rooms were clean, and our returned item process (what we initially
visited for) went smoothly. Thank you La Crosse Kohl's staff!

I had a great experience in every department yesterday. I didn't catch the name of the wonderful worker at the return desk, but she was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick. Hannah in the shoe department was amazing while helping me find the correct shoe and size to go with the dress I have, and Pam at the check-out register was very good as well. They all deserve recognition for a job well done.

Loved having Robb check us out. So helpful, and fun! Haven't been in Kohls in awhile and was pleasantly surprised. Lots of variety of merchandise and grateful there is still a "real department store" in our area.

I was on a mission at Kohls today. Found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Associate Ryan was so helpful and advised I could also use a coupon that I had….. he was great. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

I enjoy shopping at Kohl’s because they have such a wide variety of clothing to choose from. If you ever run into a cashier named Robb He will make you smile! He is an asset to the store

Shopping with Cassie at Sephora was a wonderful experience. She answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable. The store was tidy, and the checkout time was quick highly recommend.

I finally found the fit bit I had been searching for, and it was on sale. Yahoo!!
I found just the right gifts for my son and husband there. Also found hiking pants for myself, which had been a long search for what I wanted and they had them, what a great find and my husband found his hiking pants there too.

One of the three men’s undershirts is defective. How will kohls take care of this us? Due to the fact that they were out of the style of the shirt that was defective they gave me a three pack of shirts in a different style in exchange for the defective shirt.

Made my return and fairly quick and the lady was very helpful and friendly. Did buy a couple of things and check out was fast and the associate was friendly also.

Have not been to Kohls in Onalaska in years but my experience this past Monday was wonderful! Melina at the checkout was very helpful and friendly and I know I will shop there again soon!

I do a lot of my amazon returns here and the staff are always quick and friendly they also have free wifi which makes returns easier and more convenient. Love their sales too.
