Having my 2013 Cruze serviced at Morrie's was everything you would hope for with a dealership. I'd dropped it off on a Saturday and that same day they'd already diagnosed my engine's issue. There wasn't any unnecessary up-selling or push-back when I deferred some non-essential maintenance. Ross in the service department kept me updated on their progress throughout the week. And the final bill was more than fair for the parts and labor they put in.

Awesome service. Weston specifically was fantastic through the whole process going through a warranty item fix. Great communication. He is always professional and on top of things. I have all of my routine maintenance through them as well. Weston always has everything ready to go for me when I show up, so I am in and out the door in a few minutes with drop offs and pick ups. I will be buying my next Chevy through their sales department because the service department is so good.

Ross was very helpful to me. Told me all the things that were wrong with my car, numbered them, by importance, in the order they should be fixed, due to the lack of money I had. He gave me his personal number so when I have the cash to get the other things done, it will be a lot easier for me. Very helpful, thanks Ross

I took my Corvette in to diagnose a vibration. I'm happy with the diagnosis and Ross was great communicating throughout the whole process. I viewed the valet camera footage afterwards and the technician was very careful with my car. Thanks Ross and the tech that worked on it!

I was trying to find a place quickly to replace my drive belt. Morries Chevy was able to replace it on the same day I called for an appointment before I went out of town. I know this is rare, but thank you soooo much!! Excellent customer service as well. I will be back!

We were visiting family in Onalaska. After driving from New York our engine light came on. Morrie’s service department is the best. They immediately diagnosed the problem, found the parts and had the repair done the same day. All without a reservation. Arrived back in NY safe & sound and managed the entire trip with peace of mind. Thanks so much.

I thought I might have some water in my gas tank. I drove to the lot on Sunday, filled out the service request, and dropped off the key. Before noon on Monday I got a call that the car was all done, including the oil change I requested. They could have taken me for a ride, haha. But they tested the gas tank and said all was fine, no work needed. That's what I call efficient and honest!

Fantastic service, above and beyond. Made sure everything was checked and Brandon saw there was a rebate and discount and made sure I got them asking with me Chevy Reward Points.

After installing the splash guards on our new Blazer, the Chevy app sent us an alert that the tire pressure was below normal. Madison, our service rep, along with tech Grant brought our car back in the bay and aired all 4 tires to proper pressure. Both Madison & Grant made sure we were completely satisfied before we left. It may have been a small issue, but when spending a lot of money on a new high tech car, we just want to know there’s a dealership behind us. Thanks Maddie & Grant !

The service counter gal was great- I think her name was Meghan? She was pregnant. Was so energetic and happy even though it was very busy and hectic! Kuddos to her!
