Red Pines Bar & Grill

Looked for a nice place for a late lunch. Too many closed or not open till 4pm. Found this out of the way spot off the water. Amazing views (I am sure better in summer) and seemed to have lots of customers. Good food and fantastic staff. Thanks Jada. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful dinner, brisket bombs appitizer, with red pines burger and the catfish tacos. Service was great and we loved the atmosphere. They also have a nice 3 season porch for the cooler months or a deck to sit and watch the lake.

I love the location on Brice Prairie, it's right on the lake! The atmosphere reflects the life on the lake, and ther service has always been good. I've always gotten some kind of seafood. The walleye sandwich is delicious, I liked the tacos, and this past visit I was extremely happy with the flavor of the shrimp po'boy. There are so many more things on the menu I am excited to try. They have a good tap list and cocktail menu. They also have yummy grasshoppers as a boozy dessert. I've been here many times and would always recommend for people to eat here if they havent!

This is our second time here and lemme tell ya, the food is awesome, the atmosphere is fab and the service? Suffice it to say that everyone is so kind and welcoming! We’ve had the pleasure of having Matt as our bartender/server both times- great guy! Def recommend the Red Pines B&G.

We wanted a lake view and expected this would be a casual bar and grill with bar food, but it was so much more!! They have a huge menu, and it’s not all simple, easy-to-prepare food. This is delicious food in a really nice atmosphere. Even the main back deck has class, including blankets on the chairs. The had a full staff, so we were never wanting for anything.

If we lived close, we would eat here all of the time!!

Trivia League team (party of seven) had our Holiday celebration at the Red Pines. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Food was tasty with big portions and nice prices. Everyone had a very nice time.

Wow this place was great, we’ll definitely be back! The Cobb salad was extra loaded and amazing! The JaegerSchnitzel was delicious! Our waitress Leah was so nice and helpful! The view from the patio was so beautiful! P.S. Took the carrot cake home for dessert, honestly was one of the best I’ve ever had! :)

This place is delicious. The portions are huge and you can tell everything is made fresh. The waitresses are next level good. The cheese curds are so good. They recently got rid of their veggie patty which is a bummer, but they did replace it with a portobello sandwich that is yummy. It's a beautiful place and worth the little bit of a drive for us.

Awesome spot for delicious seasonal beers and bevvys! Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, personable, and attentive. Highly recommend the fried pickles - WOW!

My wife and I love this place. The food is fresh, cooked perfectly, and the service is top-notch. The garlic butter shrimp appetizer is a must try. The walleye cheeks are also superb. Today, while eating on the heated deck, we watched 4 bald eagles flying around the slough, 50 yards away. Very neat

Asian chicken was very good! Walleye sandwich and seasoned fries also good. Try the fried pickles too! Very friendly staff. Definitely will be back!

Really good food and atmosphere. Went to lunch on a Wednesday, took almost an hour to get our meal but it was worth it. The place was packed for a weekday. Other than that everything was great! The smoked catfish sandwich was bigger than expected and really good!

Fantastic visit out with the family. The fish dishes are clearly a cut above the other options. Their unique drink options are also quite a treat. Watching the sunset near the fire pit with family from out of town was spectacular

A gem on Lake Onalaska! Great and diverse menu...top notch service and decent pricing make this a good pick for lunch or dinner.

Great location, great food, great service. They were slammed, but kept the flow going. Attentive server, beautiful views. Good stuff.

Love this restaurant. Had a large party on a Friday night and they did a great job accommodating us. The varied menu was perfect for our group. Waitstaff (Kim) was very attentive but we did not feel rushed. We were able to relax and take our time, catching up with family and friends. Atmosphere and surroundings were delightful. Such a great venue. Highly recommend this restaurant.

After spending a couple of weeks, we got to know about this place - planned our next dinner here which apparently fell on St Paddy's day! This place has a beautiful view of the lake behind, cozy and comfortable interiors and gooood food at a very affordable price! Three of us were very happy with the food and service! Must Try - Walleye Cheeks! Their Chimichanga (chicken) was the entree I tried and boy, I will be back for it again.

Had a nice meal here. Food was good, I had fish and chips, was good! Nice view of the water on the patio and service was great!

This place has a great location and they've invested a lot in adding a new deck and inviting outdoor spaces. The owner is almost always there greeting guests and running food.

Fantastic comfort quinoa bowl! Absolutely delicious and really great vegetarian options. We LOVE eating at Red Pines.
