After Christmas Sales. Not busy at all and found great deals. Staff is so friendly and helpful

I had a wonderful experience today and purchased some major jewelry peices that will be in my collection forever. Victoria, my sales associate was so patient and kind and I am so happy she helped me pick exactly what I needed.

JcPenny at Solano Town Mall is great. The customer service is amazing and friendly. Non judgemental. The ladies on the floor are just a breath of fresh air with the willingness to assist as well listen to what you're looking for. It's was peaceful and low key day that's a plus. Their sales announcements are fun that's enabling their customers to purchase products. Thank you!

JCPenney Optical is a great place to get your glasses or contacts.Dr Drummond is old school, through examination asks questions and totally professional.Ashley is a wonderful optical assistant. Friendly helpful ,through,empathic and a really nice lady.I enjoyed the treatment and services offered here and will recommend friends and family. Great Job !!!

Few registers and fewer cashiers. Long lines and slow service. Because they are so few and busy at the registers there is no floor service. Everyone complains that they are short handed, but stores cut hours and don't use the people they have.

Found what I wanted for a price I could afford

Awesome store recently I lost my belt and I had to come into the mall and I remember as a kid that JCPenney had men's belts so I walked to the men's belts area and JCPenney and the net was able to handle my purchase at the check stamp she is very nice the staff there is and I got two belts for a disco price and the belts were wonderful thank you

I buy some t shirt and the cashier make mistake then I'll came back to the customer service. The lady cashier in the customer service check the item and she give me the refund in the item that I bought. Thank you to the lady in the customer service for the help..

Great back to school deals. Pricing on name brands is excellent pluse you save money when you SHOP DEALS. We saved $208.00 three weeks ago. My number two clothing store for youth.

Curbside was hard to get a hold of and took 24 minutes to reach someone. Wife went to go in and get item. Although 3 others cars did get to utilize service that I observed while waiting. That is reason for the 5☆. Thank you JCP Employees 😷

I need it to purchase some items for my mother. I was having a hard time and locating things that I needed to purchase. There was a representative there named Takea, she was able to help me accomplish my goals I needed to for my mother. Photos - GREAT experience. My granddaughter had a blast, the photo technician was AWESOME she was child friendly and engaging.
