My experience at the Cricket store was nothing but a great experience. I came in very frustrated from a previous carrier. All three ladies working were very patient and knowledgeable. They were able to get me the best plan that suit my needs for my business phone.

I had a great experience with the store at 3454 52nd Street in Kenosha yesterday. I was having trouble getting voicemail on a phone I ported over from another carrier, and Scott Williams helped me out. He was totally professional and knew exactly what to do. Thank you Scott! John & Staff were wonderful to work with. They help my wife and I port over from AT&T. The wife is a bit overly concerned about these things and nervous. They worked to keep her calm and assure her that they wouldn't lose any of her data/photos. The put her at ease about the services they provide out of their store. Everything went very well, and he even stayed after hours to finish everything. We could not have had a better experience. Scott and John were awesome. Having an issue with your phone is only second to having an issue with your car. They were both very patient, helpful, and an exemplify what good customer service looks like

Exceptional Customer Service

I just purchased my LG Stylo from this Cricket location and the staff was fantastic. Erik (who may have been recently hired, which was even more impressive) processed my entire transaction and was helpful, warm, and genuine. John, the store owner, interjected on occasion to add more detailed information about the specs of each phone I was trying to decide upon. While Erik was processing my purchase, John was assisting a family who were misled by another Cricket store. Not only checked every complexity of the mistake in his store, he requested the family provide him with the other Cricket store's phone number so he could directly address their customer service issue. He eventually was able to resolve their problem in store.

When I was about to drive away, John came running out to stop me to ensure I was hooked up with the newest Android update. I believe Erik was unaware of the recent updates due to his possible recent hiring. While my phone was updating, both John and Erik provided a laid back, friendly experience. I observed Erik assist a customer in spanish, so they have bilingual employees as well. I've not had an overwhelmingly pleasant experience in a store, let alone when purchasing a cell phone, in a very long time. If you choose to do business here, you will definitely be pleased with your experience!

If you need service and people who know what they are doing, you need to visit this store. John, Scott, and Juan were able to solve all my problems, answer my questions, discover lost passwords, and more. They are a service-oriented business. I need more than a phone or a connection. I need people who know their stuff. If you go to this store, you'll be sold!

John did such an awesome job with my elderly Mother. I dreaded the whole cell phone change. A # 1, customer service. Too bad Im locked into a contract myself! I am so glad I went.

I moved here 3 years ago and actually John was the first person I met. Because I needed a phone he interacted with me like he's known me all my life just a great feel when you walk into it it doesn't even feel like a Cricket store it feels like John store

The young man that helped me knew i wasn't a cricket customer and he was very helpful installing a dash mount for a real decent price i usually do not give 5 stars but when customer service meets hooking someone up this is the bravo zulo of customer service ty you know who you are

I went there to switch my phone and get a family plan. They were very helpful and nice people. Compared to others stores around the area they were very professional and helpful with the customers.

The gentleman there were super helpful super courteous. Every time I go into the Cricket store in Kenosha the men there were very helpful knowledgeable and it’s a pleasant experience.

Yooooo i swear to Jebus an his brother Jesus i will forever use cricket...an only this location from here on out i went in at 630..they close 7. Not exactly sure who i spoke with but buddy got me hook up an outta there within a few min. Top notch service..highly recommend!!!
