The help that I received yesterday went above and beyond my expectations when I walked in the store. The staff Jorge and Alex were so personable and welcoming. About the coolest most down to earth experience I've ever had!! Jorge helped activate my phone while Alex set us up with Direct TV. Once my activation was completed Jorge then went to help another customer while my mother and I continued to work with Alex. He had the MOST WELCOMING SOUL!! And was so down to earth! I will most definitely be returning even if it's just to say hello. 10/10 customer service. Thank you guys so much.

I was greeted as soon as I walked throtge door to make my purchase. The gentleman helped me identify my item and informed me that since I purchased the item from an AT&T store, there was a warranty and the price to replace was even less. Before I could ask, he was prepared to clean and replace the cover for my phone camera.

I went to this store to fix my sim and Leo was phenomenal. Very easy going, calm, and just overall personable. 100% will go back here for any future needs. And i saw him interact with a family, informative, patient. Thanks so much. It was so seamless. Thanks Leo!

Even though I said that I did not know much English, the store employee welcomed me with a smile and I cannot thank him enough for listening to my problems one by one and doing the ideal job for me.

Brandon, Samara and Manager Dimitri are all the people who helped us. The store itself is an excellent atmosphere and all those mention who helped us were phenomenal especially Brandon. He spent an exorbitant amount of time both on the day of service activation and on the day of returning phones with us to ensure that we were 100% satisfied and everything was to our liking. It can be difficult to transition with cell phones but he made it very smooth and not cumbersome. I highly recommend this associate to anybody looking as well as the others mentioned in the store. Chad King was awesome! Saved me money on my monthly bill, and I was able to get free Apple Watch. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He took his time and made sure I was set up with everything. The only reason I listened to him in the first place is because he was very friendly, and not pushy at all. He is very customer service oriented.

Chad King was our representative. He was such a sweet and kind young man. He was knowledgeable and informative in explaining features of my phone and broke down every part of my bill so I could understand the charges. He explained all of my options and was friendly. He was an absolute pleasure to speak with and I would highly recommend requesting him for your AT&T in store purchases.

I went in to return a phone that I got at another location and Alex was absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to help me, get my new phone set up, and made sure I was getting the best deal possible. He also took time later in the day to get on the phone and explain how the direct tv stream works so we new everything we needed
to know. In fact, all of the staff there was great and all
helped me in a way. I would definitely recommend this at&t store!!

Chad is truly a magician of the first order! He fixed many, many things on my smarter-than-me phone. He even fixed stuff I didn't know was a problem. He was patient and kind and I left feeling empowered and not so dumb after all.

While I was there, a customer was being extraordinarily haughty and belligerent abusive and threatening to Tom, the store manager. I was astounded at how skillfully he handled a volatile situation. He kept it from escalating or even disrupting other customers' experience.

I recently had a great experience at this corporate AT&T store transitioning multiple lines of service from another carrier. I recommend asking for Mo, he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He answered all of my questions and helped me get the best deal for service and new phones. The store manager, Karen, is also wonderful and very helpful. I strongly recommend shopping at this store if you have mobile device and service needs.

Thank you for being patient and taking the time to explain the issue and what needed to be done to resolve it, but also for making an extra effort to look into my parent’s account and realizing that changes could be made to save some money on their monthly bill! Ryan (manager) so helpful and attentive. Denver in store so knowledgeable, helpful and PATIENT. Answered my million questions and never rushed me. I will always return to this store for product. In person, personalized help and excellent customer service is worth the trip! Highly recommend stopping in when you need so help and a little support!

We had a great experience at this location. Denver was very patient as we had to switch over 3 phones to separate plans. I would certainly recommend Denver as well as Demitri (the store manager) to help out with upgrades or a new phone. Denver even went out of her way to help set up a new phone to the car blue tooth. 5/5 stars for sure!

Ask for Chad King! I went in today to upgrade my phone and add a line to my plan. This was hands-down the BEST experience I have ever had dealing with ATT customer service. Chad went out of his way to ensure everything was set up, and he was genuinely enthusiastic to save me money with the educator discount! Awesome, awesome, awesome. So glad I stopped there today.

Denver was an awesome associate with great knowledge who helped us save money and get a better deal than we though was possible! Will definitely be back for any other mobile necessities! She even stayed late to set up screen protectors and get our phones working!
