This was an absolute world-class shopping experience! With so many stores scaling back on staff and in-person retail offerings, Banana Republic at Sagemore is absolutely going above and beyond. Lisa was so helpful and was able to find my CORRECT size, not the size I'm used to ordering from online retailers. She was always around for assistance or to help with matching items, but never hovering. This store is the reason I still shop in person.

I must say, what a 5-star experience! Not only is the store very clean, organized, and well stocked but what makes them SUPER is the staff! Linda was incredibly helpful and kept a smile on her face the whole time, Aileen was also very sweet and made me feel very welcome and comfortable at the store! Finally, Rita was in charge of the check-out and did a phenomenal job! WOW! WHAT A TEAM! I hope management gives you a high five - and a raise! Excellent communication and customer service skills! You rock! I will definitely be coming back!

The item that I was looking for online was completely sold out in the desired size. After using Banana's 'find it now' product locator, I was able to find the item at this location. Megan, the associate who took my call was so kind and helpful. I just finished placing the order with Megan over the phone and had a great experience. Can't believe I found the item that I was looking for and excited to give this item as a gift. Thank you, Megan!

This is one of my fave stores. I really like coming to this specific location because they have more items to choose from at the "sale" section. It is also not crowded and gives you the "private moment" ambience that you need to ponder on what item to get. The staff are very friendly, professional and accomodating as well.

Staff in store are friendly and attentive to Covid. Find the current line of BR products to be of a higher quality than Jcrew/Bonobos, especially the luxury polos and the extra fine merino sweaters.

Need more larger sizes. Beautiful clothes they fit me well when you have correct size.
