My new favorite store. The ladies there are wonderful, and treat customers like friends. Most of my wardrobe is from there; I do wait for the 30% off sales, as the clothes are a bit pricey (but well worth it). I particularly love their jeans and pants; they fit me well.

There is nothing better than Pure Jill cotton. So comfy! Staff is helpful and friendly.

Husbands Beware
I bought my wife a Christmas gift using my own credit card. The sales person was helpful and even access my wife's in store profile to help me with her I
size. She boxed ,wrapped and put "my"receipt in the bag .
However latter that evening my wife received an email receipt showing exactly what I had bought her earlier that day. So much for a Christmas morning surprise.

I hadn’t purchased from JJill in awhile but decided to give them another try. I do not live near a store so I ordered a dress online. It was discounted, which was good, but I had to pay almost $9.00 in shipping charges. I received the dress and it didn’t fit. (JJill clothes used to fit me perfectly but they changed their sizing. This was an XSP, and was too large) Unfortunately, I now have to pay almost $7.00 in return shipping fees. There are too many stores that offer free shipping and free returns so I will not be purchasing from J Jill again for a while. Very disappointed.
