H-E-B

Although I love my H-E-B I would have to say that this one in Brenham is my least favorite from the outside look to the inside of the store. The setup and look is just not as good and inviting as other H-E-B stores I have shopped at. I’m also disappointed that this H-E-B doesn’t have a car wash and gas station. Other than that I just moved to Brenham and I’ll just get use to it.

I love my HEB. First time at this store, I'll give it a 4.75, not quite as good as some, but it's still great... I hate that they stopped making homestyle chicken salad.

Love this place!!!! Everything is fresh.... quality is everything to me. There are some Asian items as well. That's a plus! If I had anything to suggest is that I wish there were more Asian ingredients and items and produce. Like Thai red chilis, saracha chili sauce (shark Brand), and Chinese broccoli... Would really make me go there more!!!

Beyond the renovation, Best grocery shopping experience with an amazing selection above and beyond any other store around!!

The "cart-boys" do an excellent job at ensuring that shopping carts are available and away from the parked cars. I enjoy showing my appreciation by providing them with baked treats and sodas every time I shop at HEB. Great job, young men🌶🌶🌶

I always shop here when I’m looking for quality of my food. Particularly with fruits and veggies. Just wanted to say… the guacamole I just bought after work today…. is phenomenal. It has giant chunks of avocado and I love it so much. It’s a tiny tiny bit sour like too much lemon/lime juice or whatever is used but other than that it’s the best I’ve had from y’all and I’ve been buying it for years now. Great job!

Fantastic produce and vegetables anchor this well run store. They have lots of products not found at the HEBs in Houston. Prices are excellent and lower than most grocery stores. The check out staff are always friendly and make shopping here a pleasure. Their bluebell ice cream selection is unmatched since this ice cream is made here in Brenham.

Brenham is lucky to have such a great grocery store. Great employees and good locations

A great grocery store to shop at whenever I need Groceries. Staff is always friendly and most of them I know from school. God bless them. They're always happy to see me and I'll come to one of their lanes. Audrey is such a nice friend to see. I love this store so much. God bless them for their hard work and taking care of me while checking out.

It's a smaller HEB than the ones you see in the suburbs, but honestly, most of the time I prefer the smaller footprint. Granted, I mostly go shopping later at night during the week, so usually crowds are not an issue. Unfortunately, during the day when there are more people, the aisles do start to feel more narrow and crowded. The layout is also a little weird, but you get used to it over time. (For example, the dairy and frozen vegetables are located on the other side in the back instead of on the grocery side.) Staff is super friendly and helpful. Even when I accidentally went to the self check-out with more than ten items, the lady wasn't rude or snarky about it. She explained politely and pointed me to the nearest cashier. (I was used to Walmart where it seems like you have to do self checkout 99.9% of the time) The cashier and bagger were great as well! When I explained I didn't know which of the yellow coupons I had clipped to the My HEB barcode in the app, she was understanding and scanned them all after the My HEB barcode just to be safe. Usually I have to tell baggers that there are sodas at the bottom, but the bagger said she would scan the sodas before I even had the last of my other groceries on the belt. Definitely download the app for more savings as well - about every other week or so, HEB will give me a '$5 off $50' or a '$5-$10 off $75' basket coupon which combines with manufacturer coupons and sales! Incredible service and great low prices.

Manager Robbin Coto was a pleasure meeting and buying things from. She should be emulated by others for her customer service and mere infectious smile and laughter. HEB should be extremely PROUD to have her as part of thier TEAM. Thank you again for all your assistance to this Disabled Veteran 💜

UPDATE: Mattie and Keanna work well together to get us checked out quickly and groceries bagged. They had tne shortest line in store. That says alot, especially with people with a full cart! Thanks y'all! They deserve a spot award for quick and friendly customer service! I drive from Sealy to this location! They have alot of speciality items from Louisiana foods that are super delicious like i am back home!! The store has stocked items and i always find everything i need. Fresh meat department is great also! Im not so pushed about staffing, the store is one of the better HEB i know because of the VAST food select available! Whoever buys for this store, please keep the Louisiana specialty items you carry!! I don't mind the drive at all for what i want!! I 👍💯😁

So yesterday around 11 am I was running late to pick up my Curbside order, I parked at spot and I asked the young lady if it was OK if I park there for like 5 minutes just to pick up my prescription inside and she’s like yes ma’am with a big smile. When I was walking in I asked one of the ladies if she knew where this lotion was my doctor had recommended me to try it. She just literally just pointed that way. Her attitude was unacceptable … then I asked another young man his name was Robert he took the time and help me out and even found it thank you Robert for your kindness. Then I went to pick up my prescription I must say the girls that work at the pharmacy are the sweetest. They got my prescription filled pretty fast. And I also want to thank the young man that took out my groceries yesterday from curbside he said he was 18 years old , thin Hispanic male. I didn’t catch his name. He put my groceries in very nicely sometimes people just throw it in there but not this young man. He even asked me how my day was which is very rare nowadays.thank you Young man for your kindness and going over and beyond with your job.
It’s people like them that keep customers coming back.

Crowded due to remodel, but still worth the trip.

One of my favorite HEBs I’ve been too. Large selections of food compared to others. Also enjoy riding my cart down hill out of the store to my car lol
