Best service I have ever experienced at a car dealership, great people and great prices. They made the whole process of buying a car so easy. Kevin was absolutely amazing during the whole process and Zach was very friendly and helpful when explaining all the finance stuff!! Highly recommend!

Blake Sanders was a fantastic help in getting us the car we’d been looking for. He wasn’t your traditional, pushy salesman. I just got my 2021 bronco sport and I love it. Austin was so great about the whole process. Always making sure he had all the facts correct (he’s usually with hyundai)! Definitely would get another car from here again if I needed one!

Repairs needed were communicated efficiently. Sam was friendly and respectful. He forwarded the information to the sunroof resource company and updated me as needed. The work was performed quickly and I was driving my Explorer within a few days.

My first time using Apple Ford to get my newly used Edge aligned. First I was greeted by the friendliest receptionist. Service was in a timely manner. They have a nice waiting area with tea, coffee, water and snacks. Will definitely continue to use them. ❤

Scheduled an inside only detail with Appel. Kelly in service offered to have an employee come to my work to get my pickup and drop off when finished. I got my pickup back same day, looking BRAND FREAKING NEW! I couldn't believe how good it looked & smelled inside. Now, I'm not a smelly girl but this dry, dusty summer sure did a number on the interior of my pickup. I was so impressed! Customer service was top notch, the pickup & delivery option was insanely convenient, and Kelly kept me in the loop the whole time they had my vehicle. I will definitely schedule another detail with Appel.

I have been so incredibly impressed with the service at this Ford dealership. I have a MachE that was a low on battery, but the charge point charger was not working. Not only did the Ford team allow me to charge on their personal charger, but they promptly fixed the charge point charger and moved my car for me while I continued working. Although I did not need a ride while my car was charging, I was still offered one. I have been thoroughly impressed with the kindness of the team - Appel Ford customer service is one that will be very hard to match!

I brought my car in for some warranty work and even though the start of the process was a little rocky, Kelly with Appel was able to fix the rental car problem and make things right. I came in as a walk-in for A/C service. Mary helped me and even walked me back to the shop so the technician could explain to me what he was doing and show me the parts that were damaged and needed to be replaced.
